This place closed down and the owners stiffed a bunch of their clients thousands of dollars. They started calling their clients trying to negotiate down their debt because they got slapped with law suits and they would like to reopening in Tribeca. The owners are a bunch of con artists. I wouldn't support these crooks regardless of how good their workout is. They should not be rewarded for their deceptive business practices.
