The Target Range

I love this place I've been coming here for over 2 years. Great friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I have purchased 2 guns here and will continue to do business with them. Great place to rent a gun and bring your date too as well.

Great place to find sanctuary from the typical anti-firearm snowflakes that seem to be the norm in the So-Cal/LA area - 1st off and unlike LAX-whatever range (the first place I visited) I was welcomed inside The Target Range and given a chance to ask questions, get information and get a feel for what they expected from their clients. Their range of rentals is great, the range is clean and the guys really seemed to be nice and not forced to be interactive. If there was a downside it would be the cost of ammo (assuming area?), the lack of being able to use more magazines (I'm normally loading 3 or 4 15-round mags at a time) and 10-round Glock mags are ridiculous but none of this would take away enough to remove a star from this review. Bottom line...Great place to shoot, especially for out of town guys like me.

The good: The staff is mostly friendly and they have a decent selection of rentals they also don’t limit you to just an hour. The bad: Big drawbacks would be the price gouging on ammo which is about 200-300% above the usual market rate. It’s insulting pricing that ensures I will never buy ammo from these guys, ever. The range is also very poorly sound dampened and runs very loud despite only having pistol calibers. The target retrieval system is primitive and hard to mount targets as well. There are no distances marked on the range and it is poorly lit and ventilated.

I've been coming here for the past 2-years and I've visited several other ranges. This place is hands-down the best place to conduct your Firearms Requal. The staff here are professional, curtious, and go out of their way in ensuring you're taken care of. My only complaint is that these guys can't clone themselves and work everywhere else. Thanks for all the support.
