The TEN Nail Bar

While the staff was kind and friendly the manicure and pedicure was terrible. The polish is all discolored and thick, but also was not polished to cuticle even after 3 coats of color.Both nails and toes started to chip the next day. The manicure wasn’t even a full manicure where they soak your fingers and push back/ trim cuticles. For the money definitely not worth it. Also they sent a follow up text asking about service immediately after service… which was too soon to give a proper review. I did this on vacation as a treat. So very disappointed

This was an amazing experience for my husband. It was a surprise to celebrate our anniversary. He's never had a pedicure. Now he is looking to do it more often. The staff was amazing. Our ladies, Tameka, Renee & Tia great personalities. The champagne was delicious. Overall experience 100% enjoyed.ServicesPedicure

I can't get enough of the nail bar they're very professional, kind, and good workers they make you feel important. They serve you water, tea, juice, or champagne yes yes honey Champagne I love my nail tech Danielle she's the best.... Try them out you will be pleased.

The TEN is by far the best nail bar I've been to in Michigan period. The inside is absolutely gorgeous, the staff is attentive and super friendly. I walked in for a gel fill in and they were able to seat me right away with Sabrina. She did an amazing job and we had a lovely conversation. She is the only nail tech that does the service so I would suggest booking an appointment; she also has all the latest nail art supplies which is a super plus. Overall my experience was amazing and I will be returning. Oh and did I mention free mimosas with your service. Thank you to the ladies at the ten!

I had an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes to be seen for no apparent reason. My manicurist was nice but unfortunately my gel, yes GEL, nail polish started peeling off of one of my nails within two days see pic. Definitely not worth $43 plus tip, and because I don’t live in Detroit I can’t get it fixed, nor do they give refunds. 0/10 would not recommend.

Nail tech was lovely but nails are a gloppy mess. For a 50$ pedicure I should not be headed for a polish change in the AM at a different salon. Skip the champagne and do a better job.ServicesPedicure

I treated myself to a birthday mani & pedi, and was not disappointed. The staff was amazing, so friendly and accommodating. It's clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. And the prices are just right. I will definitely be back.

The ten nail bar salon, is in Downtown Detroit.. Griswold and State street.. It is Black owned by 2 african American sisters.. It is upscale and profession.. support your own people!! They prices are not crazy .. just for a standard manicure and pedicure is $55. They provided you with free wine,coffee, tea!!Yes its black owned, but they cater to diverse people as well!! You can park in 1000 woodward parking structure for 2 hrs or park nxt to a meter!! I just love this place!!

The service was excellent!! Nedra has a spirit of excellence! I rescheduled my two week appointment. Considering tne membership as well.

I was really excited to get my nails done at an upscale salon because I was fairly certain my boyfriend was going to propose. They called me an hour before my appointment to tell me it was canceled due to staffing and I would need to reschedule for another day. They were not able to help me reschedule my appointment for later that day despite me telling them why I need to get my nails done and it being an issue on THEIR end. By reading the other reviews it looks like this happens often. A salon that charges these types of prices should have a high standard of professionalism that is not met here, especially for a place that charges you if you cancel/no show to an appointment last minute.
