Best sugar-free treats around!! Has converted many who swear off of sugar-free treats due to lack of flavor or aftertaste! Owner has always been friendly to me, my mother, my niece,& son in law, even helping me out when he's not too busy. Will be returning as long as he's still there!

My first visit to The Thinnery was over 30 years ago. I moved to San Diego and now Temecula. I came to visit my daughter who resides in Ontario. I looked up The Thinnery and yo my surprise, there still here! I'M DELIGHTED! I went in and felt like a child in a candy store. As a young teen I enjoyed there I e cream with whip cream. Nothing fancy, bit that whip cream was so thick and very tasty. A little diet taste but nothing like other diet whip creams. I continued to go there and recommended it to my friends. I just wish they would expand outside of San Bernardino County.
I went here for the first time today and it was glorious! I got as much as I could. I went late so they were sold out of a lot of items so make sure to go early. So happy to have found this place! I got the soft serve volcano which was amazing, a chocolate cake ring, each kind of the chocolates, a box of cookies, and an ice cream sandwich type of thing. Everything I've had so far was delicious. It's really inexpensive for what it is and the owner was super nice and friendly. We drove 30 min for it and I'll gladly do it again!

Picked up a cake today: Excellent. I don’t know how he does it, sugar free stuff usually tastes like cardboard, this tasted really good, nice flavor. My friends couldn’t believe it was sugar free , but it was! Now I see why The Thinnery got good reviews.

We found a goldmine of sugar free pastry and cakes and beyond at The Thinnery . The owner is 1 smart cookie lol..raspberry, blueberries circle 8 . And lemon mousse tart .. mmm mmmm mmmmmmm
Chocolate mousse tart Really good. Smells great when you walk in. Not a ton of keto options and the nutrition facts aren't listed for all items but the owner knows the net carbs and can tell you for whichever you ask. Mousse items look like the way to go. Owner was nice and preparing things from scratch when I walked in.
