The Tot Shop

Love this place! I've been coming here 5 years, all the staff are very nice especially Blossom and she and all the staff have known one of my girls since she was born. They are so wonderful we keep coming back. The clothes they sell are typically good quality without stains, tears,or too much wear. My kids love stopping here because there is a play area. We get so many clothes at Tot shop for such a great price that my daughter has been saying that she has too many clothes! It's gotten to the point that I carry extra Tot shop cards in my wallet and give them to friends who are having babies. The owner clearly has a goal and a vision and success with her business because look at any ratings on the Internet, everyone is raving over Tot Shop.

I like this place a lot more than others mother's mostly for the friendly staff. However they are the exact same as other mother's when it comes to trading in clothes or large baby items. I'd rather sell my items on offer up or Craig's list than get a $2 trade in. Or I'd feel better donating it to someone I know. So I recommend this place for a quick shop for something simple like a knit hat or baby bib but not for trade ins.

This store is so much nicer that Other Mothers. Feels Cleaner and all her clothes are clean!! They are great when it comes to taking clothes and giving credits. Yes sometimes things seem over priced but if you go regularly you can find great deals. If you ever have an issue they are quick to try and solve any issue you may have.

One of our favorite places to shop for our daughter! Nicole makes beautiful bows and barefoot sandals, and adjusts them for correct fit in the store. They have high standards for the items that they accept, so you don't have to weed through a bunch of crap to find nice outfits for baby. They don't advertise their sales well, so I have gotten a nice surprise at the checkout numerous times. They also provide a military discount, which is appreciated!

I love the Tot Shop! I've been shopping here since they opened and have gotten almost all of the things my 2 boys needed as babies from here and all of it was fairly priced and in good condition. And they have an awesome loyalty card and give store credit for all of the outgrown clothes I bring them.

Overall it is a great consignment store for kids. Went there for the first time, since Other Mother's on the Westside closed, and was impressed. It does not the "widest or biggest" selection, but it has a lot of things. The store was clean and things were easy to find. Also enjoyed going through the barging bins in the back just to see if anything was there. Overall, it is a solid consignment place I have not had any trade in stuff yet, but definitely worth the time and effort to go there. Worth going to give it an shot and see if they can earn your business.

Amazing staff always ready to help and extremely knowledgable! Store is always clean. Rewards program for frequent purchasers. Kids play area....nursing room....back door drop offs so you don't have to lug your stuff across the parking lot....they really have it all figured out. Don't waste your time at any other resale store in town. I have been hooked since I found them 4 years ago.

First offense, my husband brought into the store a whole trunk load of baby gear. It took him three trips into the store to bring everything in only to be told that they were not accepting anything. Second offense, I took in a maternity pillow. Received an eight dollar credit for it. At a later date went in to buy another car seat base and use my credit. They told me I could only use my credit on clothes, even though I had previously used a credit on another car seat base. Not clear on their policies and inconsiderate.

I do not recommend this place it’s a dump! If you’re trying to get rid of baby equipment. My aunt had purchased a Graco stroller for me that was worth $250.00 retail value, in perfect condition. I explained to the girl when I walked in that I wanted to get rid of my stroller because I had a better one now, and that I’m no longer using the other one. I was given a $25.00 credit so it would be either be $11.00 store credit or it would be $8.00 cash I was not happy about this! and I spoke to girl that was helping me on the phone who was very RUDE! and I told her “What if I was struggling right now and my family needed food? I would be getting rid of the stroller to get things I needed for my family and with $8.00 you can’t by anything... She started LAUGHING at me and she told me was that she was SORRY and that we could discuss the offer I was given in person... I am so upset because it’s such a great place to shop to get lightly used things but, the people there are lousy pieces of S!@? and they don’t give a rats a@? about you, or the stuff that you bring them... I highly recommend OTHER MOTHER on the west side, the staff is FRIENDLY WHICH THIS STORE IS HORRIBLY LACKING!!!! and yes I am aware that it’s all used stuff but when someone you know buy’s you something, or pays good money for something for you, expect to at least get reasonable amount back! What a joke.

Staff is friendly , helpful, fast,& efficient. Great exchage & purchase pricing, and even higher quality of items,& more selection, as compared to Other Mothers. I only wish more locations were available,& more mommy stuff was available. Still, overall,a five star rating as per my experience. Thank you, Tot Shop staff and patrons.
