The Ultimate Party Store

Large store with a great selection of many varied items. But when i was ready to check out there wasn't any employees at the registers. I ended up leaving without making a purchase.

Went there didn't have anyone to help you look for any thing in store the people at register were very short & rude to customer in front if me & when I tried to use coupon from phone to phone of the stuff I bought she said rudely we don't take them off phones have to be from advertisement paper only. I left store upset cause of this.

This store has an absolutely great selection of costumes and supplies for any type of event you can dream of. The customer service here however, is not the best. Employees always seem like they don't care or it's annoying that you need help finding something , in which case they usually point in some mystery direction and send you walking around the entire store only to come back and ask again. Other than that if your having a party or need a costume you will definitely find it here

The Service sucks... They put us in the dark 15 minutes before closing time. There was no explanation given. When I asked are you all closed or closing the lady said we close in a little less than 15 min. The manager in front of the store when asked why were we put in the dark, and what if we slipped on something, said we should have been warned. Well we weren't , and I will never enter the doors again.. I am an experienced customer service rep, and I have never seen anything like this... I hope they go out of business. I hope the district manager sees this, because the one star is not deserved.
