Sometime last year, we switched from returning our Amazon packages to this store, and even use it as a delivery pick up spot for my small business inventory. Everyone that works here is always so pleasant, and super helpful and knowledgeable. I usually go in when I have a bunch of transactions at once to save myself time and they never get annoyed or make me feel like I'm doing too much at once. They greet me with smiles and gladly help! I'm glad we found this location!
Under staffed and poor kids in their 20s are the only ones there. Been there 6 times in a month and it's always the kids there. I even go different times. Owner is no where to be found. Very sad, this is why people don't want to work. These kids are surely struggling and you can see it on their faces. They were never rude or disrespectful. They are trying very hard to help a line of people while the owner no where in site. UPS corporation should take a look at store with a surprise visit. Talk about fire hazards. The back door does not have a clear path, they are tripping over stuff. The owner should take more interest in the store and young kids there taking care of EVERYTHING. Also nice the owner only replies when it's a positive review, no explanation or apology when it's a bad one.
Everyone there was so nice! I had to ship a package and had no idea what to do. The employee took the time to help me and was really nice!
Online and store-posted hours say 10-3 on Sunday. Store is closed at 1230. As we all have been seeing the past couple years, this is how people run businesses today, with no care.
Fast and friendly service. I choose this location every time because the employees at this location are always so patient and very kind.

Even though there was a bit of a line it was fast and easy to return my purchase from amazon. The employees were great and super understanding. I was nervous going in but was really happy when I walked out.
The plastow ups store is the only store I go to to bring packages. Not because I have to I choose to.the employees there are such a pleasure to be around and so helpful
