The UPS Store

I would give zero stars but that is not an option. I need a notary service, I walked in while they were sitting there and staring at me, only for them to tell me that it is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Why advertise this service if it's only available at such Limited hours? my own fault for trying a UPS store anyway. UPS really needs to do better with their franchisees. They are ruining the brand.

I thought it was just us! We had a box here for several months to receive packages and it was ALWAYS a hassle to pick-up. There was no system for tracking what packages are received on a daily basis; whoever was working would just go look around and see if they saw a box that had our name on it. We would often just stand there and not leave until they made several trips to go look for our packages (which were always there). People working there made it seem like a HUGE inconvenience to have to find our packages. Go to any other location to do your business.

Phoned in with some questions about printing labels and weighing packages and was met with very short and impatient responses. Got the impression that my 1-minute long call was much too long because the employee was ready to hang up after answering my first question then immediately hung up after my second question before I could end the call with a polite “thanks.”

Very rood staff,... I called to check if I can just walk in for notary questions, the guy on the phone was very rood and was ready to hang up on my, before I said thank you or good buy. First he answered unprofessionaly rood..........

I called to enquire about a package i wanted to drop and was answered by a man who just kept snapping at any question i asked. 15 sec in he ended the call with a sharp reply that i needed to work with him which was what exactly what i was trying to do.
