The UPS Store

I recently returned to my home state and have visited this 10th Ave store several times in the past year+. I have been impressed with the professional, efficient and congenial service provided. A+!

This is one of the laziest businesses that I have had the misfortune of dealing with. They constantly claim to have delivered my packages (the status as I track it online). However, when I check the status, the packages are almost never actually delivered. So I contact UPS customer service only to find that the driver simply refused to drop off my packages at my door and instead makes me take time out of my schedule to pick it up at one of the locations he decided to drop it off at. Mind you, these are not packages that are in need of a signature. When I called to ask why they didn't just leave my package at my door (as requested), the woman said that it all depends on the driver and what he chooses to do

This place humiliated me and was horribly rude. Going so far as to compare my daughter to a dog. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and filing a civil complaint with regional management.

I am a student at the university and the mail room there is only open Monday through Friday. They tried to deliver a package on a Saturday and now I have to find a way to get to the distribution center to pick it up when I work all day during the week. I don't understand why they try to deliver to business on weekends when they know they will be closed. It is the same delivery person all the time who delivers and this hasn't been the first time that this has happened.

This place is a joke, ran by con artists. Seriously charged me $180 to ship a package less than 200 miles, and take 2 days to deliver it!! I will never use UPS again, will only use FedEx from here on.
