The UPS Store

I brought a collapsible box to be shipped back to me. It was shipped prior in a box, because it's...collapsible. I took it to this store because UPS are shipping experts. I unfortunately had to take a phone call during the process but left my capable coworkers to handle the rest. I had said to the two working the counter prior to the phone call that it was shipped to me in 2 boxes because the integrity of the cases of the other items was in question, which I distinctly remember saying they came in a box. The owner asked one coworker if taping the lid of the plastic collapsible box was fine, he said yes thinking so it would not shift during transit. Apparently the owner, who says could not read minds, read into that - that a box was not necessary and that the plastic collapsible box would be fine just as it was. He never offered a box, he left it to us, again, because he can't read minds. As a person that owns a shipping company, it is HIS job to not read minds, but rather suggest when he feels that we as the less knowledgeable customer don't know what is best in these cases...and a box was never suggested and it as our fault for assuming that items would be shipped INTACT inside of a box. BTW I'm still missing 1 of the 3 items shipped.

The best customer service is right here at the UPS store. I have used them for shipping, notary, printing, copies and tons of other things. Always ready to go the extra mile for me. Really appreciate you guys!

Exceptional customer service! Jay is incredibly friendly and always has a smile when you come in. He has a fantastic team working for him - Hal, Tammy and Phu are so helpful and easy to work with! Highly recommend for your shipping, printing and office needs!

I came in a few days ago to ship an item to Vietnam. The service was fantastic .Both the owner and Ms .Phu, were very friendly and helpful. Ms .Phu even spoke to me in Vietnamese and made the international shipping process very painless . It was done under 10 minutes. I'll definitely ship through here again.
