They did a fantastic job of shipping 2 large scale very valuable paintings to California. They arrived in perfect condition on time. the packaging was immaculate and they were extremely helpful, far surpassing my expectations!

Service is typically hit or miss unless the older gentleman is at the counter or the lovely lady with the pretty hair who generally sits down she’s great!. The other girl that is there - terrible customer service. Complete lack of respect and poor attitude.

This is a great UPS Store location with a great owner. The staff is very helpful. The get very busy so make sure you plan some time in case you need to wait in line.
