I have truly never had such a helpful experience at mail carrier before UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. The manager, Mohammed, saw the look of shock on my face when I realized what it was going to cost to ship my package. He was patient and creative while finding an alternative option to help me find a lower shipping cost. We decided to transfer my items to a smaller box which he helped me transfer and I ended up saving nearly half of the original quoted cost. I’m sure this was the last thing Mohammed wanted to help me with on a busy afternoon, but his kindness/support made my day and a loyal customer for life.

Great team! I’ve had my suite service here for a few years now. They’re always consistently professional, friendly, and competent. And they know their clients by name. Luv these guys.

Excellent staff.. very friendly. In and out in no time. James is excellent at his job.

I missed closing by 30 min and the owner still came outside to take my package. 11/10 service, will definitely be coming back!

I’m an artist and I go to this UPS at least twice a week. Even if I lived all the way across town I think I would still drive to this UPS location. The employees here are so wonderful, they all remember their customers, which just proves that they really care!! They’re so reliable and helpful when it comes to shipping advice and packaging my items Renee and James are always so fun to work with. Coming to this UPS location makes living in a big city feel small, and I absolutely love it! Makes the shipping errands a lot more pleasant.

Be very cautious here. Pleasant staff but their goal is evidently to scam you for money.. I have been utilizing this location for several years but a recent experience proved deceptive. I paid over $20 for a 3 day “guaranteed” delivery which did not deliver until day 5- which was a problem. When asked for a return on my funds - I was told “there are no guarantees except on an overnight”. That is fine, but do not lie and take our money. I say “our” because I have seen other reviews now stating the same issue. Repetitive deceptions? Yea, done with here.

Amazing UPS! They went out of their way to help us and provided top notch customer service. The manager and the owner are both able to notarize documents too, which made our lives infinitely easier! We've been here a few times and have had great service each time.

I paid $36 for 2 day shipping on 12/24, they told me it was guaranteed by tues EOD 12/28 now they are saying it won be there till Wednesday 12/29 9pm. When I asked for my money back I was told that 2 day shipping is not guaranteed to be there in 2 days or 5 in this case even though I was told in the store it was guaranteed. Can someone please explain why we pay extra $$ to ship 2 day or overnight if the packages cannot arrive on time? And why would we not be entitled to a refund if the service we paid extra for cannot be delivered?

Always go to this ups. Love the staff, quick and easy! Definitely recommend.
