A while ago--say, a year+-- I avoided this location at all costs. Lines were constant, slow, and the employees were... there. Something changed, and now I enjoy a quick in-and-out as workers are friendly and generally quick. Parking can be tricky sometimes, but that's not the store's fault. Overall, I think they're doing. a great job.

My favorite UPS in Atlanta! The lady with the dreads and glasses is frequently kind! The short African American gentleman with the short haircut is frequently professional. I’m in and out and I love the energy of this store. Thank you for showing Atlanta what customer service should look like.   Edit for August 2,2022  So I absolutely meant what I said above about those specific employees above. Now, I walked in today and was surprised to see brand new faces. Never seen these gentleman before so I presume they are new as I come here often. Let me just say this the younger gentleman with dark hair is a keeper. Very professional. If I was this location I would get rid of the tall African American gentleman and the African American woman with blue dyed tips in her hair. Today he was wearing all black and has a short haircut. This specific employee is NOT professional, unfriendly, stares at customers in disgust as if to be annoyed by them. I was surprised that he was hired to work at this specific location. Get rid of him, get rid of him, get rid of him or you'll have  a lot of problems with this one. Mark my words.

HORRIBLE and I have had box there for more than 5 years. The worker Lauryn is the worst she hung up on me after I explained they lost an expensive package I had shipped

Ups can do a single thing right. Every time there’s an issue. Late with my package of course and now thanks to the holiday weekend it’ll be several more days late. If I knew what I ordered used ups I would’ve canceled my order. Normally I refuse to buy anything from a company that uses ups. They are simply the worst.

I showed up well after this location had already closed saw an incorrect closing time posted somewhere online and the employee who was closing up shop had the kindness to ask what I needed. She retrieved a package I was there to pick up and was extremely nice. Saved me another trip up there! I was impressed she went the extra mile despite being closed and I'm sure her ready to get home from work.

I had to drop off book to return to Amazon.  Mrs. Lisa, the store manager, was so incredibly kind and professional. Had 5 people in front of me when I walked in and I left within 10 minutes.  Thank you Mrs. Lisa!!

I’d like to acknowledge Phil the Manager at this location. He has been a phenomenal human being and advocate for very good customer service for the UPS Company. He resolved my issues with the UPS COMPANY and my insurance claim. Long story, broken antique mirror, customer reimbursement and fair business resolutions. Phil helped me more than words can explain. Thank you very much Phil!!!! Great service is the only reason I would ever trust this company again!!!

I truly "Love" this UPS Store location. The staff are amazing. These ladies come to the car and place your items on the cart, tape up your parcels, and provide you with tracking receipts with no delay. The staff maintain a positive attitude and are always informative about my shipping needs. If you ever need to send something out without worry or delay, visit this location!

I feel like I come here a lot and am always impressed by how nice everyone is. Every single employee I’ve encountered is extremely nice, professional, and knows what they’re doing.

This UPS store has always been quick and helpful. CJ kindly opened the door for me when I had my hands full and also patiently scanned all of my packages, of which there were many. As a drop off point 5 stars!
