This is by far the very best UPS Store in the state! Anything you need done, they got you covered. Mailing packages, shipping, packaging, cards and office supplies, shredding documents, notary, passport photos and so much more. The staff are all kind and very fast at taking care of your needs and getting you in and out of the store as fast as possible. Great owner too! I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone and everyone!
The staff at this UPS store are very friendly and helpful. My interactions here are usually very short, since all I ever need is to drop off a package, but the majority of the time, there is someone ready and waiting for me right when I walk in the door. They greet me with a smile and anticipate what I am doing there. I feel like the UPS store could be a pretty cool place to hang out. It's right next to a couple of really hip restaurants, as well as a block away from city-renowned SugarHouse Park. It's such a great area, I wouldn't be surprised to learn that people have fallen in love at this UPS store location. You never know, right? You're just walking along, living your life, possibly feeling a little lonely. Then you realize, you need to drop off your Amazon package at the UPS store so you don't get charged for it. You get out of your car, walk through the door, and there's a very good-looking person there, also dropping off a package. Your eyes meet, and just for a second, you can't find words to speak. Come on! We've all been there. The important thing is, it's a place to give something to someone that you want them to give to someone else, and then pass along from person to person, until it finally ends up at the end person, who gives you your money back. That's logistics, in a nutshell.

Horrible customer service, charge over $2 for printing 2 pages. Claim “initiation charge”. I go to many UPS stores none of them do that. Horrible ownership.
A package got lost and blamed me for it.it wasnt an amazon return or anything.the manager st the time never filed the claim i started,i waited a year for them to finish the investigation they said theyd start so i never got the package back or my insurance claim.ill pay extra from now on to never use ups again

Just drove all the way to this UPS store to get a return completed. At 6:26 pm they locked the door, and the two guys working the counter wouldn’t even acknowledge me standing there. If you want to close up early, you should at the very least let me know through the window. What a waste of my time and completely unprofessional. Don’t say you’re open until 6:30 if you’re not.
Deserves 10 stars. Dana and his staff makes a difference with the above and beyond full service during the Pandemic. Store is always busy due to its’ location, but a little patience will be very rewarding. Thank you Dana and your staff for all that you do!
Well, every time I come here my experience gets worse. Somehow they have less people working during the busiest time of the year. The people who do work here are rude, incompetent and SLOW. I wish many of the e-commerce sites I used didn’t use UPS as their return shipper. And the other locations are too far away for it to make sense. This place has gotten worse and worse over the past year. I do everything in my power to avoid coming here.
The charge $2 to print out your UPS shipping label at this location. Go to a different location!
