The man that was ringing me out for my shipment(older man) was rude and unpleasant as soon as I walked in the door. He tried to charge me over $100 for a small shipment. After asking the reasoning for it being so expensive he said that it was because of its size. I then talked to another employee to ask why it would be so expensive and he said it was because he was going to charge me for service fees for putting it in a new box and cutting the box down. So the man had basically lied to make a quick buck although I told him I wanted to ship it as is. I then went to another ups and was greeted by a polite gentleman who made the process very easy and charged me $20. I will not be returning to the first ups location and I hope the rude older gentlemen will not be working behind the counter with customers again after this review is read.

Staff are friendly helpful, but not trying so much to help you and walk you through different methods of posting your box or envelope. The prices are fine and I guess it is the same every where. By the way, there is an only for customers parking spot in front of the store which is awesome!

Rude people, I was sending a package back to amazon, they acted like this was the most bizarre unheard of thing, go to the post office, folks.
