Do not drop off packages at this location. I dropped off a couple of packages that are being returned to Amazon. One was returned with no issue, the tracking information on the second package states "label created", it's been over a week and the package has not been scanned or shipped out from this location. I had called Amazon who referred me to UPS, but this company makes it impossible to speak to an actual person. The recording just tells me that the package is not in UPS's possession and disconnects. The contents of the package are not cheap and this has been a hassle. Will not be dropping off packages here anymore.
Our store on Bardstown Rd suddenly closed! They were always friendly and accommodating. The closest is East Broadway. One lady, the same always, is very unfriendly. In fact so much so that we drive from Cherokee Rd over to Breckinridge ln to the UPS store just to drop off Amazon returns or mail packages. This lady who I suspect is the owner is so unfriendly and has such an attitude its silly but I dont want to give business there.
I opened a PO Box and the woman that helped me was so patient and pleasant and the other woman working was waiting on other customers very quickly with a great attitude while I was there. I was impressed with the service! Thank you!
DO NOT SHIP THROUGH THESE BULLY'S!!!! 11 days ago I sent my personal belongings through the Ups Store on east broadway in Louisville, Ky because I was relocating to Colorado. Before paying them to ship my items, I asked specifically would the delivery person call me if I requested so and would I recieve some type of notification when my package arrives. The lady said yes... I then gave her the address in which I was moving, correctly, then they printed off something and simply said sign here. When I asked what it was they said a copy of the receipt. I signed then paid. When they attempted to deliver my package on tuesday 11/20/18 but the UPS Store left the apartment number off of my label and I never recieved the call or email/text notification she said I would get. Upon calling them to see where my package was, they told me that my package was being shipped back to Louisville because of a shipping error... So I called the UPS hub here in Englewood, Co and Robin, the hub supervisor, told me that tge clerk in the hub should have attempted to call me before returning the package. She said she would would an intercept on my package and have it sent back here by 11/26/2018. I recieved an email around 9am that monday morning and it stated that my package had been returned to the ups store in Louisville anyways. So I call UPS store corporate to see about getting a refund on the $130 I paid them and thwy told me that because an attempt was made to deliver my package that I cant get my mpnwy back. I then explained that the error wasn't my fault. They did nit seem to care. They then told me that if I were to get a refund that I would have to talk to the store. When I called the store I started off by letting the lady who answered the phone that I was very upset about the service I recieved for the price I paid and she told me that I had an attitude and needed to fix it or she'll hang up on me. I told her she's in customer service and its her job to try to help resolve my issue, then she hung up on me. Every time I called after she hung up. After speaking to the UPS Store corporate office again, I found out the owner if the store was the one hanging up on me... So now I don't have my package and they're refusing to give me my refund.
Lady was rude on the phone for absolutely no reason. And every time I go in there someone is unkind. You all have bad reviews, so better work on that.
Super convenient location to my house but the customer service at this location is terrible. The store returned 4 of my packages and then gave my package to a different customer on several occasions. When packages were given to the wrong person the employees argued with me that they didn’t have any packages for me even though I got a text alert they were scanned in. With my purpose for a ups mailbox being business related I switch to a different ups store in town.
Have always had nothing but tremendous service from this location but they earned even more respect in their handling of the pandemic. While many of us were staying home, they continued to show up to meet our needs. They were faithful to all state restrictions for the protection of the customers. The staff there is excellent and always give each person the attention they deserve even when extremely busy. We are fortunate to have them in the neighborhood.
Used the shipping service for the first time at 10:45 am today, and I had a super fast, efficient, pleasant experience. The facade is not the same as shown on Google Maps, so it's best to follow driving instructions.
Knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful customer service. Will definitely use this location in the future.
This UPS has the worst customer service. The employee's don't know what their doing, and are rude. This morning I was there to ship 2 return items back to Amazon. One she took there was no problems, the second was the problem. When the lable came up from Amazon, she said it couldn't be used because it the when she scanned the code it was for Khol's, so the item had to be taken back to the store, she couldn't use that lable. I called Amazon from the parking lot, explained the problem, they sent another lable. I went back into the store, she wouldn't take it, because it was the same label. When I called Amazon again, they said I needed to talk to the manager because they didn't understand the problem with the lable. I went back into the store, mind you, only 4 people can be in the store at a time, so I'm standing outside each time, waiting for a long time. The 3rd time in, I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager, so I told her Amazon doesn't know what the problem is, that's the lable, she then claimed I never showed any lable. At this point yes I'm mad, her incompetence was taking up a lot of time. Another employee, starts yelling at me, saying I needed to my package and leave. The lable was printed, the package sent, but it took me almost an 45 minutes. To deny she saw any lable, was ridiculous, when she saw 2 lables and refused them, ended up that same lable was used. I will never go back to that or any other UPS Store, what happened this morning was just complete incompetents, stupidity on the managers part, who also tried to lie her way out of everything, the other employee was just rude, like the rest of them. The FedEx on 4th Street doesn't treat their customers like that, and they know what their doing, everything goes smoothly their. My suggestion, never use this store. Nothing good to say, and after this morning, never again. If don't who I could contact to make a complant, especially since it was the manager who pulling this stunt, but I would. Both employees was inexcusable, and rude. Because of them, I will never use any UPS Store.
