I ship. Lot of packages due to a side business that I run but my main job is in banking and this UPS store is really close to one of my branches. I’ve stopped in here multiple times over the past three years. Never once was I discouraged from coming back to this location. Always friendly and great customer service.
This is a one of akind of a ups store everyone is so nice, friendly. I love this ups store. The Manger she is a 100 stars plus more . She can be in their by her self and it can be a long line and she get the every person up threw with good patience. I love this ups store cause the Manger and the employees is so nice. They get %100 from me and my family
Stephanie the manager is just awesome. Patient, helpful, smart... if this was not my local UPS store I would drive across town to give her my business.
Stephanie was absolutely wonderful! Positive attitude, very helpful, and made my first shipping experience a breeze. I live in Jeffersonville and I would drive back to this store just to have help from such a wonderful person.
I recently had a antique radio shipped to Boston. it arrives in PERFECT condition....Stephanie was a PLEASURE to work with....This was not an inexpensive item and they shipped it like Fort Knox....Thanks for taking care of my item!
Even though the new employee got stuck with my multiple returns sorry!—and was at a bit of a loss at the start it was their first Amazon "UPS packs it" return—they bounced back, which isn't always easy! Smooth transaction, and the employee was polite even when confused at the beginning. This location is always great to deal with.
Our company has used the UPS Store on Bardstown Rd since 2005 or so. They are an integral part of our business. Meticulous attention to detail for print jobs, responsiveness to important notifications we receive and frankly do custom work for us that a bigger outfit wouldn’t do because it is not “cookie cutter.” Finally, their secret sauce is the people that work there. The prior manager Adam and current one Stephenie hire great people and run an excellent operation.
I use this store regularly. They have been efficient, fast, and professional each and every time! Never waited in line.
My family and I were literally just refused service at this location because we weren’t wearing masks. When asked if she the employee could provide us masks she said that she does Not supply them and that the “owner” instructed her not to serve anyone not wearing one! We are fully vaccinated and the mask mandate has been removed Many months ago which is the reason we didn’t have any. I’ve only seen these kind of draconian policies on YouTube in other states and of course my history books. It was not only shocking but embarrassing to be treated like this. We will obviously be contacting UPS corporate to see what can be done about it but in the meantime, I suggest you take your business to another UPS store.
So the mask mandate has been up for many months now & we were refused service!!! They don’t even have a mask to provide you!! Never in my life have we experienced this. We were even refused to be waited on if we covered our mouths & nose with our shirts!!! So we were given a mask by a sweet customer & I just left the mask tucked under my chin. It’s the point of having a mask on your face. What is the point of a mask where it is fully mesh & that is okay?!! The people who run this place are the epitome of a socialist store!! The store right next to it says masks are optional as well. This is the only place I have seen that is doing this. I will be filing a formal complaint on this UPS store. DO NOT HAVE TO WEAR A MASK AT THE POST OFFICE EITHER!!
