The guy didn’t know the process well enough, was not trained properly. The woman staff in the store was rude. She helped other customers while letting the fresh-know-nothing guy to figure things out himself. They charged 40+ for mailing a first class mail. And couldn’t reverse the process. Strongly not recommend to mail things using this store. Expense and not good service.
We’ve helped me out with my amazon returns, SHE WAS AWESOME! This will be my new UPS location and I will recommend it to all my friends near by in Boston! Coming back just for her!
I just want to say thank you to Justin, who made my day! I had ubered all the way to the UPS store and it literally was closing as I arrived. Justin still invited me in and did not shut the door in my face like a lot of other employees would have done. My package was prepaid and easy for him to handle but I still appreciated his help and positive energy . I feel like a lot of reviews are always about bad thing but I think we should also mention the good things too :
Left early for work and went out of my way to stop at this store. When I arrived the store was closed with multiple people waiting outside even though the hours online and posted on the door stated they opened at 8am and it was almost 9.
Saturday nov 6 at 9:00am to 9:45 no employees show up
This guy just told me that his internet is down and he can't do anything right now. Exactly when it is my turn. I must be unlucky . Weird!
Recently visited this UPS Store to find it under new management, with a fresh new look and a pleasant, informative, and helpful staff. These guys know their stuff, and helped me print a presentation as well as find the most cost effective way to pack and ship the presentation along with a series of fragile promotional materials all with a smile!. It's hard to find quality customer service these days, but this store is a rare gem. I highly recommend this UPS Store!
Went here three days in a row for notary services . No shows all three days after I was told somebody would be there to notarize. On third day called ahead and was told notary would be there at four PM. Showed up at 4:15 and low and behold notary was a no show. Terrible unreliable service - do not every think of using this place for notary services. I have also gone here for reproduction services and staff has difficulty enlarging photos/drawings. Usually they have to call somebody for simple directions. Staff needs more training on reproduction services.
Staff is nice, and that's all about it. Printed one b&w page, charged 15 cents for the paper and 3 bucks for using their computer. Seriously UPS? They said 3 bucks for 15 mins limit, but I used it for 1 min. That is ridiculous. I printed in one UPS store in LA. They charged me 60 cent per page. A bit expensive but understandable. But it would only be mad to pay 3 dollars for one page...
Just moved back to CA after graduating college and this UPS store on Commercial St shipped all my stuff home for me. For as heavy as all the boxes were I was really happy with the price to ship. Plus I never really had to ship anything before so I went in and talked to the guys that work there and they sorted it all out for me, were all very helpful and knew their stuff.
