Victor and his team at the UPS Store 5818 did such an amazing job helping box up a bike that I purchased on eBay and getting it shipped to me! I would highly recommend using this store!

I'm literally standing here and the lady who was helping me stopped to help someone else without even telling me. Not to mention, she was upset because my Amazon return required a print out instead of the barcode to scan. Very unprofessional! Update: THEN she charges me for a print fee without telling me prior to doing so.

More than once I have received an email stating my package was ready for pickup and of course it wasn't ready when I arrived. Even though I received the email at least an hour before ,the package hadn't been scanned in. When you are trying to stick to a schedule, it throws things off when you have to return at a later time or day.

I love going to this store to drop off my amazon returns. It literally takes them like 10 seconds to process it. Your in and out and amazon does the rest! Customer service has always been pretty good.

Line of customers was out the door. But, it move pretty quickly. Was in and out in 5 minutes.

I was gonna ship my item from local auction house to NY. Tried other shipping companies but this was my last choice. They had best prices and service. My package arrived safely and it was done super professionall way. Thank you Ryan for your help.

I used this store for shipping an item that I won at Revere Auctions in St. Paul. Communication was great. Ryan safely packed the item and mailed it to North Carolina for what I consider a very fair price for the effort to assure a safe delivery. Thanks!!

I have used this UPS store many times to both pack and ship items. I highly recommend their services. They have shipped some very large and delicate items with great success.
