The UPS Store

Trusted the employee to box and ship valuable figurines. Instead he re-used a broken down box. When we received the shipment, the box was damaged and figurine was broken. Now, fighting with UPS to file a claim on the insurance we purchased. Will Never use UPS again!!!

This location is a joke. talking to friends & reading reviews this UPS store has a horrible reputation. Ive been told to if there are 2 girls working the front. To leave & go back when they are not there. unless you like horrible service It would be a good idea to find employees that are not high on drugs & that actually pay attention to what they do there. even though there is one star It should actually be zero stars

Dong was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs last minute. 5 star customer service. Very professional.

Was just quoted $200 to use USPS. Went to the post office and they charged $32. Not sure what’s going on but I’ll never use a ups store again

I’ve been going here for years, especially for Amazon returns. Service is always incredibly fast and friendly, what more could you ask for?

I have my business mailbox here and even though I moved out of the neighborhood I'm keeping my mailbox here because they're so darned nice. The young man who helped me last Friday when I was in the store provided some of the best customer service I've ever had - friendly, genuine, helpful... all the things.

In an age of poor customer service and an embarrassing labor pool, for at least a dozen years the gentleman who owns this place has somehow managed to always have an excellent staff, i really dont understand how he maintains such excellence. I live 3 states away and still keep a box there, i wish there were more business owners like him.

There is a UPS store closer to me than this one, but I go here because I love the people who work there. Always efficient and very friendly.
