The UPS Store

I would make zero if available - no real customer service, just a box packer. Offered to help, we asked for a notary, said his was sick and he could not help. Ask for other locations and would not help locate another UPS Store with a notary.

Roberto is an absolute gem. I needed a large poster board with a very quick turnaround time and he was able to get it done for me. He was so polite and helpful and even as the line behind me started to queue up he made sure I felt like there was no rush and that my order was a priority. Really appreciate the help Roberto.

This store is inconsistent on many fronts, including not being open during posted hours. They make simple Amazon package returns overly complicated. There is NO customer service, as that is not a business priority I have witnessed in the many years of shipping from this store. Will not be returning.

They don't take large USPS packages like most ups stores. Very limited. Staff is friendly but rather matter of fact about things. If you have anything large, I would go to 20th and Camelback or Indian School and 44th.

I went to this location because the one at 20th st were super rude & lacked customer service. This location was friendly, professional, & helpful. Thank you! You made my day!
