Honestly can't say enough positive things about Eric and Becca ! We have used them the better part of 6-7 years for our small business printing services and they deliver grade A quality prints EVERY single time. From letters to postcards to addressed envelopes to business cards and everything in between I am constantly amazed how they always have a quick turnaround and are so reasonably priced. We love supporting small business and are so happy to be a long time client of theirs. Another huge positive is their ease of access and communication- they answer the phone and are so quick to respond. This makes a huge difference!!! If you have a large business, small business, anywhere in between or just need some things printed here and there Eric is your guy hands down end of story.

Elayna was very helpful, she got my needs taken care of and I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I was very clueless walking in with my things to ship and she made it very easy. Thank you!

It’s my second time using this place and worst customer service. It was supposed to be free returns and they charged me $18 just to return my book. And I had levels for my returns both time. The lady over the counter was very rude and unprofessional. She was supposed to help the customers if there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding. Honestly, i would rate this place 0 out of 5.

Usually very busy but always very efficient. I live right down the street and love using this location for returning amazon orders, dropping off packages for ebay, etc. Aways consistent in having great service.

I really wish I would have gotten the name of the lady with short curly, blonde and red hair but I failed to do so. If you go in do not get her. She was ridiculously rude and actually told me that my package wasn't even going to arrive safely. Really made me question whether or not I could even trust UPS with my items. Which is truly sad. Thank goodness they have other associates who are more helpful than her. If it was up to her to run the place they would be out of business in no time.

I came to drop off a Amazon package back to the ups store , The front lady was very rude , she didn’t even want to help me she keep arguing about the speak box had come in a different box package . Well that’s how it was delivered to me From Amazon , very rude like I say if you don’t like your job look for different one … very upset

I've done business at this store many times in the past. It has always been a very pleasant experience. But, I encountered a very curt, unpleasant associate last week 1/13/22. She was fast and efficient, but also rude and disrespectful. No idea what set her off.

So I went up the street to FedEx on NW 63rd. One of the managers a rude man told me he couldn’t print my 3 envelope size pdfs because it was on my Google drive? Aren’t we in 2021? I went to The UPS Store and the Manager requested access via email easily to access my files, very impressed. Your staff here is awesome, respectful and knowledgeable! Y’all have gained a new client.

On my last visit Jesica was very helpful and frindly regardles how beasy she was.
