Jan 27th about 2 PM, I walked in, dropped off my package, got my receipt and walked out. That should easily be a five star review, but unfortunately the girl behind the counter seemed absolutely miserable. I've never had to use this service before so I wanted to make sure I was doing it right, but she basically ignored me. The guy that was behind the counter and involved in something else jumped in to answer my questions, so that was cool. I value efficiency and quality far higher than customer service, and I know how customers can be...but that was the first time I was in this store, and I'm not exactly looking forward to going back.
My experience today was terrible, the young man working tonight around 5p-530p was extremely rude to everyone in the store. Trying to force everyone to use the kiosk. I had my 4 month old with me and asked if he was able to from the counter still as 2 other women were having a hard time with the kiosk. He said yeah but you have to use the kiosk, I again asked for him to please just help me & told me they need us to use it based on their numbers, proceeds to tell me he has other tasks to do. Refusing to help me. I asked him just to do this one, as I have my 4 month old and just want to get in and out. I already waited in line and 2 others were having an issue. Sucked his teeth and with major attitude He scanned my phone took my package and it took all of 1 second. Doesn't tell me to hand a nice day. Nothing. Just totally rude. If he's so worried about numbers be sure he will make you lose numbers and customers. I will never return here. I will drive out of my way next time. As a customer service manager I would definitely have a conversation with my associate about how to treat customers and how to have better customer service or to find another job not dealing with the public. No other task is more important then a customer begging you for help with a newborn non the less. I wish I got his name. Highly considering calling the manager of this location. He needs to be spoken to. I was not the only unhappy customer tonight. If you have camera's in the store you can see this all going down even the body language was wrong.
I just received outstanding service from Ryan, at the UPS Store Langhorne, store 967. I was returning sensitive work equipment. Ryan was patient, as I had to call the office multiple times, he was extremely efficient and guided me on the best, most cost effective way to return the items. Thank you Ryan for such a pleasant experience.
This UPS is a joke. “Arianna” was behind the counter and they definitely would rather be ANYWHERE else. Had me forward my documents to a NON-UPS email in order to print, and cut me off halfway through every sentence that left my mouth. Just a grumpy, disdainful person who should not be in a customer service position. I told them to keep their prints after they were blatantly overcharging. Yeah, no thanks. I will drive to leavittown before patronizing this location ever again.
Received prompt attention by the associate behind the counter. I was in and out quickly. It is one of the better and nicest UPS stores. I would highly recommend using this hidden gem in the Clemens shopping Center
Just left and had to pack and ship a large exhaust system part to Canada. Worked with Ryan and Frankie who went out of their way to figure out a packing solution. Part was fragile and Ryan assured me it would be handled correctly. I left with confidence that it would be handled correctly.
I went in unprepared for my Amazon return and Ryan was so kind to help me out. He walked through the kiosk and packaged up my stuff for me. Thanks UPS for having kind patient associates.
I have been dealing with this store, since it opened many years ago. I is always a pleasure to deal with the staff. When I found out the store was sold, I had no idea, since it was the same staff, and the store. seemed to be running, with NO CHANGES! Very good job for the past and current owners!Edit: 11/17/2023 I changed from a 5 to a 1, for lack of Cust service at the store and corp. levels. I put a complaint in to corp re: this store and never heard back from the owner and Dist Mgr. I will def be looking at other opions .99 cents for a copy??
Stopped by at 5:20p yesterday 1/4/23 to drop off a package. Door was locked and handwritten sign saying closed. Two employees were at back of store. Posted hours shows they are supposed to close at 6:30p. A lady came up as well and was frustrated saying this has happened a lot. My wife said this happened to her last week. Not a good mark for UPS and will plan to us other options when running errands, to get more reliable operating hours and service.
Trying to made eBay return my box was little wet in on site the guy with long hair refused to take my return. Stay away from this place
