I went to this location on 10/25/22 to have a package mailed. The Employee #215434 made me a shipping receipt charged me for 2 boxes for 1 glass bottle of Sazerac and bitters and never shipped the package. I have been trying to get in touch with a manager or someone in the store and they NEVER answer or return the phone calls. Does anyone know how to contact this store directly? I have left several messages and with no success. I should have known something was off when the employee simply sat my package on a table behind him and never packaged it. This was a gift for my 80 year old father who's grandfather use to work at the Sazerac plant back in the early 1900's. What type of person steals packages???
This location was closed earlier than the advertised hours!! Today I dragged a 42 lb luggage to ship at this UPS. I arrived at 5:40pm and saw the store was closed. Today is not holiday. I asked the info desk and was told the employee had just left. What kind of service store closes earlier than advertised ?! If it says 6:30 then you should serve customers until 6:30. I ended up Uberint to another UPS 3 miles away and shipped my stuff.
Dropped off a prepaid package last Friday, I wish I had read the reviews first because now my package is missing in action. I'll be going to the store in person to ask about it and if my package doesn't turn up I'll be contacting security
Went to drop packages off today at 12:45. Handwritten sign on the door saying “back at 12:30.” Spoke with staff at different store owned by same person, no could say if and when the store would reopen. Left after waiting 30 minutes. This is not how you do business.
After a long week of events, my wife and I were running behind to catch our flight out. Last minute, we brought a bunch of large and irregular items to ship out. I may be getting his name wrong, but Lane was amazing. He calmly and quickly knocked everything out and helped us in a very stressful situation. Very greatful.
Fast in-out service shipping a box of items that we got on vaca. No problem.
Amazing service every single time. I showed up with 20 packages today that I needed to ship and prepare labels for. The guy was super helpful. We were done in no time and he was helping other people in the meantime so they don’t wait. True multitasker that deserves a pay-rise if you ask mee :D But seriously tho - top notch service every time. Much appreciated guys
I wanted to be that person to leave a good review as I had no issues with mailing out packages but when it came to printing this place is a no go. I printed from the UPS website and 24hrs later they still didn't have my order ready. I went back 48hrs later and they only had half and what they had was wrong. I emailed them directly and never got a response. So I basically paid $15 for printing and got nothing of what I paid for plus no refund. I wouldn't recommend coming here for anything other than mailing out a package. The staff was friendly but whoever is in charge of printing is incompetent.
Something is wrong with the people working here. The young girl working could care less about her job and tried to send me away to print a label at .25 cents at the Kinkos down the street with management support. I pointed out Amazon only provided a bar code that could not be printed out and instructions were specific. The manager explained I had to go to Kinkos and only after I kept questioning did he realize I had a bar code despite my repeatedly saying so -- he took her word as to the probem and did not walk 5 feet to look for himself. After he looked at the phone, he took it upon himself to take care of the issue. The girl who worked there kept that sour look and attitude and never apologized, but he eventually did as I was walking out. I really do not want to use this store and will be contacting Amazon and writing a letter to UPS. I see other people are having problems with attitude here as well. I can tell you I have been downtown in this building working with UPS since the store opened, and it is not the same.
Giving this location 1 star is being generous. I have never experienced such rude customer service. I asked a simple question about whether I needed to buy a box for the items I was shipping and the guy goes "bye ma'am, you can leave now." So rude! Definitely avoid this location! You will not be impressed.
