I have been using this store for years now. People that work there make UPS my favorite shipping carrier. They are always professional, helpful and kind. The best service and the nicest staff!
Won't accept large packages. Had five commercial returns, only 24x36 light thin plastic trays. Said he would accept 2 out of 5. Only 2? What? Asked him to print labels and wouldn't direct which labels he printed were for which packages. Does anyone even do their job here? Go somewhere else.
Nice people and notarized my visa for passport issue. Very easy to drop off return products too. They make it seamless. Have never printed anything there so don’t know the charges!
No mask, woman was standing with an unbuckled belt at the counter. Made 10 mistakes. In the end I was unable to send the package, she just left and said I was stressing her out.
I went to mail my visa documents and they were so helpful, especially since I wasn't sure what I needed. They were also really efficient while also being polite. Would definitely recommend
