I went in around 4:25p on a saturday and a girl with red hair helped me with all my returns, gave good information and was polite. there was no line when i entered but a huge line after I was done.

Computer was down so I wasn’t able to print my label. Only option was to pay $6 for them to print ONE PIECE OF PAPER for me on the same printer the computer was connected to. And yes the label was already paid for. Highway robbery!!!

Crystal is truly one of a kind. It takes a lot to let someone get to me & then take the time to write a review about them. I mail a lot of packages and unfortunately had too many mornings ruined by this girl. There’s no room for more negativity in the world especially from UPS. Take your business somewhere else like I did.

I deleted my bad reviews but they still won't take payment for my mailbox and won't put me through to the manager. They just keep me on hold till I hang up. I don't know whats happening with my mail.
