Awesome customer service!!! Came in with gross spectrum equipment and the worker helped me package and return it back to spectrum, lol with no judgement. Definitely a great place to ship out packages, no crazy lines, no long waits, and provided swift efficiency. I def Love this location.
Awesome ups location. The muscle guy at the counter took care of me right away and helped me with my package without charging me extra for re-taping. Definitely my go-to ups location!
Didn’t give my package to driver. Paid $138 and still had to wait 3 days! Owner said I’ll give you a refund but can’t send the package!! Lol. Thisnis who we have to do business with! UPS did nothing as well. It’s a joke and a scam!!!!
Background i was supposed to receive a package at my workplace, but the delivery driver didnt want to unload the package to me while the storefront is closed although i have proof that i was the owner of the package and proof that it was my workplace, we were closed for chinese new years starting from the 21 of january till the 30th. He left without leaving any infonotice or barcode for me to redirect the package to an access point or delivery address. I accepted the fact that id have to bite the bullet on this one and wait one day and pick it up myself although charge 80$ for delivery and aside 7.99 to hold the package at the certain location to pick up myself I wouldnt have been able to find let alone schedule to pick up and resolve this issue if it wasnt for the manager and the employees working at this Ups store. Ive lived around the neighborhood for a while and my family uses this location for most of the their shipping, they’re reliable for all shipping needs, I confirmed it myself today when i thought i was gonna have to get through the headache of reaching customer support. I tried to tip them since i finally resolved the issue of my high value package but they did not except 10/10
Hands down best UPS store ever since new management took over. I came in the past, and I could not even ship a small box to a different state because I was told "We can't do that". Had to refund something recently and Samuel was so nice and understanding about it. Samuel and everyone was also very nice and understanding, best staff.
The staff here work conscientiously and responsibly, treat people sincerely, kindly and take the questions raised by guests seriously and answer them. This is the best UPS store I have ever been. It's excellent I'm very relieved to send Amazon goods here.
Sam has this store running like clockwork. Ever since he’s taken it over from former management a few months ago, I have not had a single issue with collecting my packages. My packages would frequently arrive days later - or not at all - after I received a ‘Delivered’ notification on my phone when the store was under old management. In fact, Sam has done such a good job with turning around The UPS Store that I will from now on ship every single thing I order to the store - even if it’s a toothbrush. I can rest assure that my package will be there when I decide to go pick it up. Thanks, buddy!!
dropped off 2 amazon items for return in one box and didn’t realize it needed 2 labels, called the store and they quickly jumped to find the package and separate it for me. great team effort on the staff! thanks again guys!! friendly staff and great team work! thanks
