Complain Customers appreciate good work ethics but not this one . And this deserves to be known. The staff works on Mon 9 Jan morning was really lazy and been seen many times talking nonsense while letting customers wait. She doesn’t move boxes two inches away and pretending busy . The store manager should know this for good , notice and train this very stuff better for business for the society.
This is one of the worst stores in the DMV area. The young lady that was working there this morning, needs a serious attitude adjustment!. I strongly advise, that she should have to take another training class. Pt1 on customer service. Pt2 how to come to work, looking more professional. Making a customer wait 10+ mins while you’re completing a work task in the back of the store as a line is forming , is completely unacceptable. The young lady then comes out from the back and says to her “ my bad” . This was so rude and unprofessional.
This is one of the worst UPS stores ever. There is no management here. I walked into this store and wanted to get copies done of few documents. The ONLY one staff doing the work at the counter there showed me where the machine is and how to place the paper and then asked me to make all the copies myself and holler if it doesn't work. Oh the machine did not work. I hollered. She said try moving the paper around and I couldn't figure it out until 10 copies. I kept asking for help but she did not care. After repeated attempts of failing I figured out how to make it work. I made my copies and went to the counter. There was 1 customer ahead of me and 2 after. The staff member asked if I am done making copies. I said yes. And still she ignored me to go to the next customers. When she finally decided to entertain me I told her that I want to ship these copies. She asked for my address. I first told her my number and she read an address on the system which was different so I told her that isn't my address, but she said it is in the system and I was like it needs to change then. She told me I am rude and did not process the order and started raising her tone. As I was noticing the name on her badge, she realized that I was doing so and took the badge off. Eventually I went outside and called UPS customer care. They told me to go inside and talk to another delivery employee there which I did who started telling me why the other staff behaving rudely is right and I am wrong instead of helping take care of my need. The customer care guy eventually told me to leave without paying with my copies. The $4 bucks don't make a difference in my life and I so wanted to pay that but the staff there was hell bent in not processing. They even made fun of my accent. What a horrible and bullying store!!! NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE...
Don't bother. Don't use this UPS Store to print documents. Three times in a row, the “email was down,” so you can't print
Great service. Very friendly agent that was willing to help me with my package.
I braved the gloomy weather walked 1 mile to make it before closing time of 17:00! It’s 16:40 and it’s already closed! The assistant inside asks me to look out to say that there is a new time yet on the door it still says 17:00 disappointed
Im definitely not one to enjoy ups experience but this morning they all said good morning and it made me feel good
Every time that I go, I am in and out quickly and my items are always shipped properly. The staff makes an effort to help multiple people at once and they are friendly. Not sure why they have received such bad reviews. I don't agree
A good store and the staff is helpful. I also like that every summer they hire teenagers from the neighborhood.
Do not go to this store at all costs. You will deeply regret it. This store lost my passport and visa and is not helping with the investigation into how my package went missing. I had a mental breakdown at the store and even then, the employee provided no sort of recourse. Not to mention that they sometimes answer the phone, and say “hold on” and then never return and will hang up 45 minutes later. Or, they respond with an inadequate response and hang up. Very horrible experience with everyone at this store.
