Staff is amazing!! Paul is always helpful he always greet everyone. He try to make it easy for customers. He helped me send paper work over seas, he takes nice photos for passport and he is also a notary.

Caitlin was such an exuberant and happy person to assist me. What Caitlin didn't know was how much I needed her joy and positivity not only with me, but watching her interactions with those further ahead in line. I had a recent death in my family, and she made a not so great day much better. Thank you!

I walked in to send a care package to our son who's away at college. I was asked by an associate for my phone number and informed that I'd need to create an account. Tim, another associate apparently recognized me, and made the connection that I'd sent a shipment under my wife's phone number/account. He remembered my daughter's name too! This saved me a bunch of time. Thanks for looking out, Tim

Only shop opened day after Christmas 2022. Staff was super friendly. Awesome customer experience.

I returned a phone to wireless carrier today. In my haste I left my sim card on the counter. James and Paul found my card and recognized my name as a former mailbox customer. They took the time to look up my number and called me to let me know that I left my sim card. I just want to say thanks to James and Paul for going above and beyond with excellent customer service!

This location is not open on Sundays and needs to update their hours of operation. Traveled 30 minutes to get here today.

Tim and Austin are great. I came from a different store who made unnecessary charges to me so I came to this one. Came in and came out for fast service. These guys are great at handling customer service. 100% recommend.

Associates were professional and quick with a type of return they had never seen before, even when it was very busy in the store. Excellent service

Store closed during posted business hours. No signage on the door or anything, what a waste of time!
