I have been coming here for years and experience was awful today. The two young guys that worked with me and other customers today was not pleasant. Most definitely didn't hardly speak. There also was an elderly man needing help from one of the guys and they act like they really didn't want to help him, I think it's a shame when it comes to that with it the elderly. They're going to be elderly one day they will need more services than that. Reap what you sow. Bring back the old workers that was there before. People like Connie was the best.
Would not recommend this store. I stopped in to print off some proposals. I had emailed them to the store account when another customer walked in. Instead of printing and finishing my order the employee chose to open, re-pack, and finalize the other person’s package. Additionally, when I asked for color the employee said their color machine wasn’t working the day before. I asked if she had tested it this morning and she said no why didn’t you do that first thing?!. Then another person came in and she helped them before finalizing my order. Overall the process took way longer than necessary and the customer service was poor. I’ve had much better experiences at other UPS stores.
Don't take Amazon returns here, they will use any excuse not to accept them.
I have been using location for quite some now and have not had any issues. The staff is very friendly and personable from my personal experience. We actually find time to get a laugh in from time to time. I ship and pick up on average about 5-6 days a weeks out of this location. When I have had issues which is not often the manager and his staff has always tried to accommodate me as we try to find a solution. I do however try to make their jobs easier. I walk in with my packages tapped, addresses written down, prepared and ready to go. This location does handle a lot of business. There are times I have seen customers come in unprepared meaning not knowing where to ship equipment, etc talking on their phones, then go on a rampage about they are in a hurry etc. giving the staff a hard time. I do understand that experiences does vary from customer to customer. But there is an accountability component that WE all play in society. I mean give people a break. We all could use a break and compassion-right! We never know when that day may arise that we need someone to extend compassion and grace to us.
Went today to have a letter notarized . They were fast and greeted with a smile. They also faxed my documents where they needed go. My hearing is bad they were patience with meas my daughter had to explain over again what was being said. I will use this place again in the future.
By far the worst UPS store I've ever seen. It seems that the staff at this location just make up rules & policies. I've tryed numerous times to utilize this location due to convenience; however, I will drive out my way in order to have a more pleasant & professional experience. Today's issue was a package I was attempting to ship, I asked if there was tape to seal my box, the clerk stated very nicely I'll seal it, my response was it's no problem I can handle it, he insisted so I handed him my box. He put a single strip of tape, so I asked could you seal it more securely please, to which I was told I would need to purchase tape...really??!!! I informed the gentleman that there seems to always be an issue at this location, I further stated that the location would be paid because I had a label. Well, I was quickly corrected, I was informed that the location got nothing because I had a prepaid label & was further told that they were a franchised location, which meant they can basically do what they wanted wow!! This is why I go to FedEx!!! I would encourage anyone to go elsewhere. I WILL NEVER GO BACK & WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE I KNOW GOES EITHER!!!
Bad customer service skills. Needed to print off 2 copies of an invoice that I had on my phone. Of course it costs money for the copies but they want to try and charge $2.25 for me to send them an email of it to print. I could have direct printed from my phone but they still wanted to charge the fee. Definitely not looking to help you problem solve. Told me to try somewhere else so I went to a different UPS location who printed 2 copies for free. Love UPS but definitely will avoid this store
Never answers their phone. What has happened to even the most basic customer service.
So, I walk in and there’s a sole UPS employee at the computer. There is another customer at a table with a bunch of copies gathering them together. I’m the only other customer so I stand there, and stand there...she won’t even look up to acknowledge me. She doesn’t say one word. She is actually making it obvious that she is avoiding any eye contact with me and is not remotely interested in helping me. I stand there a few moments more then leave. My time is valuable. I’m using FedEx from now on.
When you walk in the door you get a vibe as if you can feel the bad service coming on. The female that halfway helped me was extremely rude for no reason whatsoever. The nicer I was it seemed as if it made her angry. At first I was told $17 to send my item in two days but then I was told $137 to overnight an envelope weighing less than half a pound. The woman helping me asked to see my DL and she was so focused on being nasty to me that she never gave it back to me when I didn't go thru with the transaction. She also wanted to charge $2.25 to print out a page that needed to be sent with my item. She made me feel so uncomfortable and didn't want to explain why the price jumped from $17 for 2 days to $137 for overnight. I am still unsure why she needed to see my DL but I had to go get a new DL. I only went to this location because I was pressed for time. I ended up going go the post office and paying $26 for the same service. Honestly now is not the time for people to behave like this especially when so many people need jobs.
