I had such a horrible experience here today! Do not come here for fingerprinting. Basically my QR code wouldn't work and they wanted me to call customer service but provided the wrong number the first time and once they gave me the correct number I couldn't get to a live operator. I asked for help and was shut down. Ended up calling my card and disputing the charge and trying a non UPS store out tomorrow.
Said driver wouldn't pick up my picture 4x4 15#'s, too big, need to find a hub, which they couldn't refer where one was. Gave me customer service number where to find one, but it's just all automated and you can't talk to anyone and the system hung up on me 4 times. Called back and they still weren't helpful, acted like it wasn't there problem.
Super disappointed. Second time I ship a package and it doesn't leave until the next day. I dropped my package at 3pm on Monday. It did not get picked up until 8:30 pm Tuesday. But, hey not their problem right.
Brenda helped us with an lengthy hour-long notary and she was so patient and kind. We felt bad about taking so much of her time but she was genuinely glad to help.
Everytime I come here, the line is to the door. Expect to wait close to 30 minutes to drop off your package/Amazon return
On 4-27-22 I visited The UPS Store on Foothill & Vineyard to have a document enlarged. I watched as Janelle showed Jessica how to accomplish the task. They were both a breath of fresh air with their courtesy & friendliness. I had visited the UPS Store in Upland & was not able to get what I wanted done. Kudos to your company for having Janelle & Jessica on your team.
The manager have attitude problem, Very bad experience for today’s visit Unfortunately handicapped person can’t get any help in that store
Jennal took care of my team and I. Super friendly and fantastic of a help. We didn’t show up just 1 box but over 20 & helped us out. Thank you
WASTE OF TIME. The employees move with NO sense of urgency. Not efficient dealing with more than one customer at a time. Very chaotic store. Took me 15mins to pick up a package with only one person in front of me. Also you do get charged if you pick up a package here instead of having it shipped to your house. I would much rather pay an extra $10 than waste 20 mins to show my ID to pick up a package. 0/10 would not recommend
I have a box there for 4+ years and although there are new people there , they are all super friendly. They offer fax, copy, notary, and other services besides shipping. I
