The UPS team at the Larimer location is fantastic! I have been coming in weekly for the past year to get documents notarized by Alvanae and they have been great in accommodating my shipping needs. They always provide great service!
Similar to the review left below I did a print job online to pickup. When I arrived I was told I had to send them the PDF to print. I did not have the PDF and the person working at the desk was annoyed at me for being confused that my online order that said it would be done hours ago was not ready for pick up. She also told me to cancel which is not an option to do. Now I sit and wait to see if anyone at customer service can help. Im not sure why there is such a disconnect with online orders or why these employees still have jobs.
Can you give negative stars? I did a print order online for pick up the next day. I arrived at the "ready by" time and the two employees were not aware of an order. After going to the back to look at the computer they saw the order and said that they were unable to fulfill it, that it was a franchise store and they cannot print and bind. I asked them to refund my order and they said they couldn't. They told me to cancel the order myself, which is not an option online. After insisting several times that I do it myself, and me not wanting to just throw away $80 !!, I called the help number and was transferred to corporate. While on the phone, corporate confirmed that I cannot cancel the order for a refund online, that it needs to be done in the store. She tried to explain that there is a tab to go into and cancel it, which will issue a refund to me in 3-5 days. I relayed the information but the employee was insistent that corporate was wrong and refused her advice. The agent on the phone was shocked and said she was submitting a formal complaint which would hopefully encourage the owner or manager to guide the employees to process the refund. Pretty quickly there was an email or something on their computer about how to cancel. They read the instructions out loud which said what to do if "printed" wasn't selected. So, she went back there and instead selected that the order was "printed"! So now they couldn't follow the process to cancel the order that they couldn't fulfill - intentionally! She said that the best I can do was try to get half my money back and to, again, figure it out on my own. The other employee was really surprised and asked me to write down my contact information for the owner, who would sort it out the next day and call be my 1pm. I left not knowing what else to do. The next day not only did I not receive a call, but someone marked my order as "completed" and now I'm screwed! I'm out $80, didn't get what I ordered, and was treated as though I'm a villain or something for trying to get it resolved and not just leaving when they refused to help. I understand that they might be understaffed but this is a horrid way to conduct business. Go literally anywhere else.
My experience with Scott and his team at UPS Larimer has been EXCELLENT! I’ve rented a P.o. box here for 2 years, and visited the store 3-6 times per week. Marie and Ali are amazing - they made sure to get to know me and call me by name whenever they had the chance. Jeremiah is polite and a hard worker. The few times I had a package missing, we were able to work it out and resolve the problem with patience and communication on both sides. Thank you for a wonderful 2 years Scott and team, we will miss you when we move!
Drove all the way across town to deal with an Amazon return and Nick at the front desk refused to help me print the label unless I paid for computer time. I’ve returned so many packages in my lifetime so far and have always had the ease of sending the label to the UPS email that is ready to go. Absolutely ridiculous, thanks for the attitude and extra mileage, Nick. The UPS next to your location helped without question.
Great store and staff. I needed a safe place to receive my mail and they are that and more. This is the store if you have any shipping needs.
Rude and arrogant stuff! He asked me to pay him 3$ for shipping already paid on package!!! I showed him the label and he rudely said well you must pay for me to print the label!!!! And after +30 cent's for a Page! Very arrogant rude stuff! I understand that they are requested to ask you for the service but Why being rude and arrogant??? Terrible service! Just offul insulting. Bullies are there! Don't go it is terrible!
I have used them many times with no problem. The last package I sent had over $1000 value. I paid $160 to ship. The did not put insurance on it as I had asked. The package never made it to me. I called the store they started a lost package claim. A couple weeks later they gave me a call letting me know the package was returned. I spoke with Scott the manger he told I would have to pay to ship the package again. I told him that was not ok. And that I would speak to head courters office. He let me know he would look into and give me a call back. A week and a half later I called to follow up with package. Scott said we don't have the package. It probably got discarded. I call corporate. They basically said it's up to the store to push the claim and they can not do anything else others send and email and give ups store a call. I could have Shipped the package for the same price at FedEx. Needless to say I will not be using ups again. I'm talking with an attorney about a lawsuit. More than the money I can't believe how little care they took of my valuables. Totally dropped the ball ever step of the way. The worst part was they didn't even put the insurance on there that I asked for. They said the declared value was $100. For a package I spent $160 to ship to them. How does that make any sense. Obviously I'm upset with the whole thing. I didn't give a one for 2 reasons. I have had great service in the past and they answered all my calls.
I needed two oversized packages sent ASAP and the kind, customer service agent who handled my transaction made it easy, quick and was very accommodating. I believe her name was Arvadra . She was excellent and if I am in the Denver area again I would absolutely use this UPS store again. THANK YOU for the above and beyond service!
