The UPS Store

I haven't been to this store, but I have been helped by the general manager Melissa as part of a claims issue at another store she supervises. Melissa alone makes this place worth 5 stars. She was extremely helpful and communicative and made me feel like the issue was a priority to her. Would highly recommend. Thanks Melissa!

Clearly they do not know customer service as I have been waiting on the phone for 40 minutes to get a simple answer. All but a few employees make Hari and his business look bad. It's not okay! Everyone on board need to actually do their job or leave and Hari can find more professional people.
