Staff wasn't prepared to help or answer questions... One of them wouldn't even stand up. We were repeatedly told that the management was out at a cabin on vacation and we should return at a later date with our questions. You're shipping hub. I'm not returning later. Your employees should be prepared with answers to every question that comes into your store. We went to another UPS store and received the answers to the questions we had with no problem.
Every single time I went to this place I have bad experiences From losing a envelope with 1500 cash .. that of course nobody saw I hope who found it used wisely To trying to open a business mail box and the person in charge was making “general and mean” comments about how thieves looks like… non sense! I don’t take personal these isolated situations, but I prefer to go to another store to set up my business than use their services. Just saying… when somebody is for a long time in their job position/manager can easily forget how to be nice to clients and how to address properly business and customer service.
Been to this UPS Store FIVE TIMES and received FIVE STAR service from the associate named, NOOR, every time, for a total of 25 stars! I’m very grateful and highly recommend you utilize this store solely based on the knowledge and kindness and exemplary service that Noor provided me with during each visit.
Wanted to charge me $3 to print a label because their technology can’t read the barcode from a phone label. FEDEX wouldn’t do that, I’d know because they just scanned a label from my phone and I had zero issues. Employee said it’s the way the “she” has it setup. What a ripoff
I brought in a replacement of the 8x10" wooden frame "packaged" by a competitor that was received shattered. It was worth the price at this UPS store to have them send a new one. The recipient sent a photo of the awesome protection surrounding the frame -- it would have survived being dropped from a mountain top!
Don't understand why an owner would instruct their employee's to not print photos. The employee literally said, "our owner refuses to print photos" Bizarre behavior from a franchise. Go to Fedex or any other competitor.
One should never feel like they are bothering the rep that is there and getting paid to assist/ help the customer... Today I went into your location for assistance on a delivery I missed and I wanted to change the location since I will be leaving town tomorrow morning. The gal that assisted me, did not have a friendly demeanor… which is fine, not everyone has good days. My issue is that she was so incredibly rude, I asked for help and she did assist me not wanting to. I moved to the side to input my information on my phone, and when I went, I approached her to ask her a question she moved away and started to do something else, I asked her for help, since me approaching the counter was not clear for me.. she did acknowledge me but kept on doing another task, which I found rude. i spoke while she was not looking at me and made me like I was bothering her at that moment I asked if someone, really anybody would assist me. She said “nobody here can help you” at that point I had enough… I told her she needs to work on her customer service skills and needs to get laid or something... and walked away
The worst UPS store EVER!!!. This has to be the only place that charges for packaging free amazon returns. Also If you have a UPS elabel, they want you to use their computer to log into your account to print the label. So they can charge you for using the computer and printer. So sad they feel the need to rip off customers this way.
The employee that “helped” me was not helpful at all. Normally employees at ups at least the ones I use in Centenial and Lonetree are awesome, they help me figure out what’s best for my time frame and price range, though timing is more important these days. This was my first experience at this ups and will be my last. I don’t understand why people hire employees in customer service/ front facing positions that are unfriendly and unhelpful. I felt like me shipping 4 packages was a bother to this young man, like my business isn’t good enough. I’m absolutely irritated by this interaction.
Worst service ever! i dont know whats the matter with the guy Kevin?? working there, but he was unbelievably rude for no reason. It felt more like a hatred, and me and my wife still cannot believe what we just experienced there.
