Jill is THE BEST! One of the partner's at my law firm had to have his laptop shipped to California after forgetting it at home. I called and was able to coordinate the shipment to him with someone else dropping it off. I unfortunately wasn't able to pay for the package by phone which I totally understand but Jill was able to help me with everything and even called me back to get additional details. I was so happy with the service, including the packing and double-checking details, and I am happy to report that the laptop made it to it's destination just fine.

so, i dont usually leave reviews but i just had to show my appreciation for this store and Jill. came in with two heavy boxes of fragile stuff that was poorly packed; it was going to be pricey to ship them regardless. they cautioned me about the dangers of the boxes breaking or items breaking. these items are valuable to me and if i was going to ship them, i wanted some security and piece of mind that they would get to their destination in the same condition. Jill assisted with different box types, and then basically repackaged everything. she did a lot of this work after i left so i did not fully appreciate the hard work that was done to ensure the safety of the package contents. as i opened my boxes a their destination, i marveled at the craft and care that was put into the packaging. seriously incredible. each piece of art was secured with cardboard and bubble wrap individually. everything was wrapped with the utmost security. incredible. additionally Jill was able to give me a MASSIVE deal in the packaging costs because i know the time and materials was significantly more than what i was charged. this was truly a world class experience and worth every penny. a+

Can't say how much I appreciate the extra effort that Jill extended to make sure my package was delivered. After a failed 2nd day delivery attempt with FedExnot through UPS Store took over two weeks and never made it to its destination despite several calls with FedEx, I had it returned to me. I then took it over to the UPS store, and I have got to say they went above and beyond to make sure the package arrived. Despite problems with a unique address, they kept an eye on things until it was delivered and kept me in the loop. They will definitely be our place to ship going forward. Thanks, Jill & team.

Jill and her team are top notch. We ship nearly everyday and it’s always nice to be greeted with a smile. There are other UPS Stores near us but #2449 is where we feel most at home. Keep up the great work!

I've been going into this store for years the people there are friendly professional and have always help me with any project or problem I have it's nice to work with young people with good attitudes and they work hard to help you solve your problems. A big five star rating to all the people in that store, thank you so much for your help.

This store is not the answer for your shipping needs, there are just too many other solid UPS stores in Denver that put more care into your packages. I dropped off several heavier packages the the week and the employee was visually frustrated and proceeded to toss my packages to the side after I clearly explained they were fragile items. I can only imagine how they handle the packages when no customers are present. I could go on but I’ve given this store enough of my time and energy. Do yourself a favor and find another UPS store in town, there are many great ones that will treat their customers and packages with care.

amazing efficient and patient staff here, super friendly and helpful, otherwise I won’t give them a five star review standing in the rain and temperature is low.

I have been a satisfied customer of this location for several years now and am always grateful for the excellent customer service and care provided by Jill the manager and her crew. They're always friendly, efficient and even when they're busy and there's a line, they acknowledge you and thank you for your patience. These days, in many establishments, great customer service is lacking, but the manager & crew at this UPS store location still honor its value. Thanks!
