The UPS Store

Lynn at the UPS store in Stratford recently helped me with some graphic design for an ad I am running for a new business I am starting. She was very responsive and easy to work with, and the ad came out great. Their prices are extremely reasonable as well. I would highly recommend the UPS Store.

A customer nearly 10 years I must say that Dave & Lynn are friendly professional, caring, and courteous! They don't hesitate to go beyond providing superior store services and demonstration the services available after hours. Lynn has assisted me with everything from mail services as postage, shipping/receiving & tracking to printing and processing of meticulous multi page forms of legal and financial nature. She has provided Notary services and is extremely proficient with all my transactions!

Shout out to Dave at this store. He was dealing with the most annoying, difficult customer in line ahead of me and remained professional and helpful throughout the whole exchange. He was courteous and quick when he helped me as well. Retail workers need more credit for the entitled people they sometimes have to deal with

$3.00 to send the first page of a fax, it cost 1.67 to send a fax at the ups store located 1345 Barnum ave Stratford, I hate when a company as big as ups dont have uniform pricing, whether they are independently owned or not.

The service here is outstanding. I was having issue printing labels for a very important package. Lynn went above and beyond to print these labels off and get my package ship. She was so pleasant and fun to talk to as well. I will be going back to this location all the time even though there is one closer to my house because of the service that I received. I was in and out in under 5 minutes.

Best place for so many things! I've done copies, sent and received faxes, had all sorts of stuff printed... business cards, advertisements, flyers, specially edited and created paper works... The UPS store, especially this one near Sikorsky Stratford/Shelton... they are like an office where they do everything for me. Very inexpensive comparatively speaking. They've been around the longest and just know everything they do perfectly. The staff is like family, truly dependable and always friendly and full of ideas! Oh yes, they do notary stuff too.. they did everything I needed notarized for my real estate, all my legal documents, contracts/agreements, etc. Ask for Dave or Lynn if you don't know how to do something.. they can definitely help. No doubt in my mind. Thanks guys! You ROCK!

My daughter and I were warmly greeted and serviced effectively by the owner David. He made my transaction-dropping of my Comcast internet modem off without a return label or directions from Comcast- painless. He explained the process to me as I was worried Comcast wouldn’t know it’s me and I already received a bill from them despite cancellation. While we waiting for him to finish he was engaging and just the sweetest. I highly recommend this ups store. It really made my day and my daughter’s day! Thank you Dave!
