I went in with a friend to do a car title on 10/29/22. I wish I had gotten the name of the girl that waited on us but I didn't. She was knowledgeable, professional and so helpful and friendly! Definitely a 5 star employee.
The nice lady Lakisha on the front desk did a great job, She’s very nice helpfully and profesional, I was there this morning my package label was not readable, she did her best to make sure my small business can deliver the order on time by helping me to solve my label problem, Thank you !
Lady at counter got attitude , she talk to customers like she owns the ups store skipped my turn in line 3 times to give me just receipt . I would never come to this location ever again
I use this UPS store frequently. They are always helpful and go out of their way to offer assistance. They have even helped me repack or tape my DYI attempts at no charge. Someone said they aren't friendly. I disagree. They don't gush and fawn over customs and they, like all of us, may have a down day, but never rude or unfriendly. They are genuine, reliable, and professional. Wilber and his team in Cotswold are my go to mail store and I highly recommend them
I came into the store to get out a lot of client gifts and I needed to address 20 padded envelopes with client info and my return address. I knew it would take a while, but Christina printed off return address labels for me while I was addressing client envelopes so make it faster, and then started calculating the costs as I was finishing up. She made it so easy and went out of her way to help me! That’s why I came to a ups instead of the post office and I was not disappointed!
I had to give this store a 5 star review. Make sure to work with Cecil if you have something complicated. He helped me with a package situation that was about to make me pull my hair out. Thank you so much C!
I went to the UPS Store at Cotswold today. Kay helped me and she was amazing. While I was waiting she was so helpful to everyone that walked in the door. I needed something scanned and emailed and she walked me through it. I will come back to this store any time I have anything to send. Everyone there is so helpful. This was not my first time there and it definitely won't be my last!
Super helpful yesterday!! I was an anxious wreck when I walked in to ship my brand new Underwater Housing back to Ikelite for repairs. The woman who helped me was super kind and helpful. I appreciated her so very much. I have always just run packages in that were completely ready to go and dropped them on the counter. But yesterday I took a ton of her time - because I was so nervous - and she was amazing. Very appreciative!!
Not particularly competent. Not particularly polite, either. Will not use this store again.
Friendly people helped us get the right packing supplies for the job. We got there 5 minutes before.closing and they stayed with us till the job was done. We saw this same level of courtesy extended to other customers. Nice people to see, they are worth a visit.
