Great service. Wasn't sure after the reviews but the worker was super friendly in the morning and my printing was super fast and easy.

Sign said they would be back at 3PM. I waited until 3:45pm in the heat! These are unacceptable business standards. How can you leave customers waiting in the heat like that? I am very disappointed.

Dropped off a prepaid box that was already packaged with label already printed. They charged me for the one piece of tape 1.50. When I offered to buy the roll of tape they had sold out. The clerk was very unpleasant I would find a different ups location. There are so many.

Terrible service, I arrived close to their closing time and was chased out 5 mins before closing. The guy works there gave me a 50% rates than other location. Glad he chased me out and I had to go to a different location got accurate measurement and much better rates. Won’t go back there ever.

Been a customer here for years, The helpful staff that they hire always quit. the owners are just there to make money they do not care about customers at all. And good luck being treated humanely during this scamdemic.

One guy working , very slow , needs better customer service.
