Terrific service! Emily G. was a darling. She answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. I was staying in the hotel for the evening so having a UPS right down the hall was very convenient. I didn't have to worry about parking or directions. Perfect experience, A+++ staff!

Refuses to ever answer the store telephone. Highly unprofessional.

I have used before and will again. Great Service. Yes they charge to drop off and such, but remember catering to a shipping crowd and Vegas Convention Center. Easy to be abused. Worth it to be in Hotel to save time and hassle.

Needed to fax my new marriage certificate to my company for insurance purposes. Emily G. was super nice and helpful, in and out in 5 minutes and very reasonable on prices.

This is a private UPS Store inside a Hotel. They charge 5-10$ even if u have a free return Label. Total ripoff. Go to FedEx. It's not far away from there.
