The person here had no interest in working there. Which I understand, I think it’s probably not a fun place to work. But just know—this person takes absolutely no joy in their job, and therefore a pretty awful place to try and ship anything. Mostly to that guy, I’m sorry you’re so miserable.
I came at 10:46am and there was a sign that said the person was on break and would be back by 10:35am. Great service

No notary services. You must schedule in advance and then someone will visit the store for your appointment.
I'm re-writing what I had here... making it positive because the fact that the owner reached out with genuine care, shows me there is genuine care for the customer here... I hope his personal efforts are noted and reflect positively on his operation.
They don't even answer their phones
Needed a paperwork notarized , they did not have one as advertised on their website on of course their own signage on their own window.
I had trouble finding what happened to the package I sent since I did not have the tracking number. The owner contacted and reassured me that it had arrived at the recipient's address.
