The UPS Store

I have been going here since they opened. They have always provided excellent customer service. I'm seeing a lot of Karen's with their 1 star reviews here so I felt compelled to try and offset those unreasonable reviews.

Great experience. Treated very nice and friendly. I asked some questions and got answers in a friendly manner. I am very satisfied coming to this ups store.

They always take care of my packages and have a great customer service.

The Manager who's first name is Young, is racist. I never put labels on my boxes, the ladies there always put them for me. But, today he demanded I put them on myself or I should go elsewhere and that it was his store.

It's always quick and easy and the representatives are always polite.

I am a regular there. I get my packages delivered there and I never have a problem. Service is quick and the staff is friendly. I live closer to another ups store, I drive extra just to come to this store. The employees alway try to give the best deal for the customer! Staff is Very friendly and honest!

It's located inside the SuperFresh supermarket, next to the pharmacy to the left when you walk in. Service with a smile, and I was in and out in less than a minute - mine was just a drop off though!

I was returning a prime amazon item in its sealed original package box. I have been coming here for the past year and all of a sudden they change the rules on the spot for prime amazon returns. The manager Young Choi tried to scam me and lied that it had to be in a shipping box and sealed with tape. He would charge me a $1 to seal with tape and he will not take it unless done so. According to Amazon, he was wrong and when I argued with him he sent his employee. His employee took the product, sealed it for free and scanned it to be returned. When I asked for a policy document stating the fee charges they both lied and said they can charge whatever they want, when ever they want and they dont have to advertise it. I called Amazon and UPS corporate, they told me that location has lied and gave me false information. Becareful with this UPS store, they are incompetant, liars, will scam you for a dollar and they just lost a customer.

The UPS Store 7165 is the best super helpful. Because of covid there hours were from 9am-6pm Some people didn’t know. They are now open full time 9am-8pm thank-you for working 7 days a week and being open that long.

This UPS location is the absolute best. The staff is always polite, professional and helpful. I live closer to another UPS store but I drive a little out of my way to this location because of their customer service.
