The Urgent Care - Westbank

The front desk staff were very, very helpful, cheerful and kind. The nursing staff were amazing. They are professional but also very caring. I felt like I was in very capable hands. They definitely deserve all 5 stars and then some.

The customer service and care is awesome! I was in and out within the hour. The service was great! I wpuld highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Janice was amazing at check in and then I have entered my room and I can’t remember her name but her sister just got married and she had great nails performed my triage work before the nurse practitioner entered. All were amazing and the facility is in a really nice condition. Covid tests with no insurance is around 200.00.

I made a 12:30 appointment and wasn’t seen until 1:45. I wasn’t given an explanation or an apology as to why I waited so long. Facility is clean and medical staff are very kind but clerical/admin system prevented me from being seen in a timely manner.
