I just had my first laser hair treatment today. I was nervous at first but eviana helped explain what was going to happen and went over my needs with me. She was so helpful and understand of what i wanted. I can’t wait to go back in and finish my treatments. The staff is very friendly and helpful and i felt like i was really cared about and prices are unbelievably good!
I've had three laser hair removal sessions with Eviana and I was nervous but she explained every step and put me at ease. I wish I would have started sooner! This Summer was a hairless one and worth it! Great prices, Great services, friendly staff. I'll be in next month.
The Vein Clinic, with Dr John Whitehead, his vascular knowledge, wonderful staff and précis state of the art equipment, was exactly what I needed to heal a wound that I had for a year and a half. The treatments were very tolerable and if there happened to be a little discomfort,it was all done for me and to help the healing process. There was a lg tv on the wall to watch while the treatment was given. I was extatic when my stubborn wound healed within 3-4 weeks after the treatments. I also had been suffering with a bad hip and with the wound healed I finally had my hip replacement. Thank you Dr. Whitehead and staff for all your help
The Vein Clinic in Riverton is absolutely the best! Having had vein surgery previously at another office, let me tell you there is no comparison. Dr. Whitehead and staff are not only excellent at what they do but extremely kind and caring. They took the time to listen and make sure that my needs as a patient were taken care of. My only regret is that I did not find The Vein Clinic sooner! They truely are amazing!
I went in for Botox/Dysport on my forehead. John was very considerate of me and the results I was hoping for. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He was very courteous and gentle during the injections. And best of all I am extremely happy with my results!
I scheduled an appointment over 3 weeks ago for today. I was excited to use this place as it came recommended from a friend. I was supposed to go in today at 430 and I get a phone call from Eviana at 11am, telling me "WE WOULD REALLY LIKE YOU TO RESCHEDULE your appointment for today." So I though I had a choice so I told her "I have been waiting 3 weeks to come in, got ready to be seen today, and I would prefer not to reschedule my appointment." She then tells me, "well, I won't be able to see you today, someone quit/left ?, and you will have to have someone else do the treatment, we don't have a master I don't know the term here today so someone else will have to do it for you." WHAT!? So I'm new to this whole laser hair removal thing, and as a first time client, this sounds weird to me, and also just a crappy thing to tell someone who is seeking your services for the first time. So I ask more questions and she tells me, " well if you HAVE to come in today for my scheduled appointment booked 3 weeks ago, eye-roll then you will have to wait maybe 10 or 15 minutes longer to be seen." I told her 10 or 15 minutes was no problem at all. So then she tells me "well it might be 30 minutes," I tell her "thats not problem, I've been waiting for 3 weeks, 30 minutes is not a big deal at all." She then tells me, "well we don't want you to be waiting that long so we would really rather you reschedule." She offers me appointments I can't make, after I tell her my work schedule, over a week out. I finally say, "okay so this sounds like it's not going to work, so I guess I'll just go somewhere else," she says "okay, sorry." The weirdest part was that she was acting like I was the one who wanted to reschedule. She gave me the choice to reschedule and when I told her I couldn't reschedule she just tried to get me to anyways. It was bizarre. So if the communication skills are this bad at this place then I wonder what the service is like. Total bummer. If you have any rec's for more professional places, please comment! Thanks in advance
I originally choose to use The Vein Clinic because of it's closeness to my home in Riverton. I found the doctors and nurses very friendly and efficient. I have a history of incompetent veins in my legs. In a few visits they have solved my vein problems. I have an ulcer on one of my legs and now this sore is healing very well now that my veins have stopped leaking. Well, well done. 5 Stars for sure. Marty Bodell
great friendly staff they take their time to do procedures. John and Meghan are the best staff that have done my procedures and they listen to you if you have concerns on anything they are doing.
I’ve had a great experience at the vein clinic. Everyone is so friendly there. My legs needed a lot of help and they’re looking great!
The staff was very informative and supportive through out the entire process. I really enjoyed the facility and the special attention I received as a patient.
