New flooring was part of my kitchen update. We worked with John H. who was patient with my many questions and did not rush us or pressure us. We told him what we had in mind and he showed us several options. We weren't sure what our budget was so he showed us a range of items. Once we made our decision, the process was seamless. The team that came out to install was on time and professional John touched base with on on the day of install and followed up after to make sure we were happy with the project. Highly recommend!

The Vertical Connection wasn't on my radar, until it was. Their professionalism, level of personalized service, efficient and quality workmanship and overall customer service puts them steps above the well-known box stores. With this being my first flooring install, Steve walked me through everything. He covered pros and cons of the differnet types of flooring with the level of foot traffic and concerns I shared. He was patient and understanding of my concerns and never once showed any indication of impatience with my plethora of questions. Honestly, he was one of the best sales associates within their genre, thay I've had the pleasure of speaking with. The installation crew was also top notch! If Steve was any indication of what to expect, they did not disappoint. From start to finish, they were polite, answered questions, kept me abreast of where they were in the process, worked like a well-oiled machine, each member doing their part to get the work done. I was overly happy that they didn't run into any issues and were able to complete the job with ease and efficiency. The young men were extremely polite and professional. The finished product is amazing! I couldn't be happier with my new floors. I will definitely return to The Vertical Connection for future projects!

There is so much to like about this experience replacing the flood damaged flooring in my condo. To begin with, I got a fair quote without haggling. This led me to select Vertical Connection over another nationally known flooring company. The installation was scheduled over two days for all of the flooring in my 800+ sq foot space. The installers Tae and his colleague arrived within the estimated window, and wasted no time getting to work. It was finished in eight hours, including cleanup and moving furniture back into place. The luxury vinyl plank floor is beautiful, and the new baseboards set it off perfectly. I could not be more pleased.

We needed new carpet for our house and decided to go local rather than the national carpet companies. We are so happy we chose the Vertical Connection. We visted their show room and spoke to Stephanie B.. She was super nice and did not push us to make a decision quickly. We went home crunched the number and realized that their quote was the best and we got the most! Installation was great and we had no issues. We got our upstairs recarpeted; 4 bedrooms. We had such a fantastic experience with Vertical Connection. When we walked in wearing masks, everyone who approached us asked if we wanted them to put on a mask, which was much appreciated. We were looking for a runner for our stairs, but we did not know anything about runners or what we wanted, and Tim helped us pick a perfect texture and padding and style for our runner. When it turned out our chosen style was delayed, they shipped us samples to pick a new one. They were able to schedule us right away and the installation people even called to see if we wanted even earlier. The installation was quick and everyone was very friendly. The runner looks fantastic and is very good quality. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Steve Bourke was more than helpful during the processs of deciding what flooring, color, style, etc. that we were looking for. We ended up picking a house brand Luxury Vinyl. The installers were efficient and installed our kitchen and laundry room in a little over 4 hours. All in all a great experience and we would recommend Vertical to anyone looking for new flooring.

My experience with them was amazing top to bottom! I loved working with Stephanie, Tim, Anna, Vikki and the people unfortunately I forgot their names that came to install our new custom area rugs! They are all professional, knowledgeable, patient and did everything above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. Thank you for your beautiful work! From start to finish, Vertical Flooring was fantastic to work with. Their project manager Larry was great at going over all the different options for two bathroom floors and a movie theater floor in our warehouse. He was friendly and understanding of all our needs. We appreciated his expertise and the many options he provided us in order to find the best floor tiles to suit our needs. Vikki in the office was amazing with coordinating all the scheduling on multiple visits for the bathrooms as well as the movie theater. Finally, the 5 different technicians they sent out to both projects did very quality work, were communicative, and made sure we were happy with the final outcome. I highly recommend the Vertical Connection for all your carpet and flooring needs!! We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.

We purchased a carpet for our basement and had a tight timeline. Michael was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. He definitely went above and beyond. And Vicky and the installation team were efficient, thorough and very friendly. She reached out multiple times to ensure that the job was completed to our satisfaction. Working with Vertical Connection Carpet One was great! I was preparing my condo for listing and wanted to have fresh, new carpet while staying budget friendly. Their estimate was better than other competitors I reached out to, they were able to meet my timeframe, and their service was fast and easy. I coordinated with John and Vikki who were incredibly helpful. And Domingo and his partner who hauled away the old carpet, cleaned, and installed the new carpet were friendly and fast. Very happy with the final product!
