HORRIBLE! Do not answer the phone ever. The staff are extremely rude to us relatives trying to check on our loved ones during this national crisis. Talk to you any type of way no class at all. They do no care about you or your family member! Very poor service
I read the reviews and almost didn't take my mom there. But I'm glad I did! It's clean and the staff is so nice and professional. My mom's doing much better. Thank YOU villa at city center!
My mom spent some time here for rehab. She liked it. I visited her every day and thought it was decent. She made many friends here.
Horrible place pulled my mom out in a day
8:30 p.m. Says it's open 24 hours a day. Called the listed phone number, it rings once and then hangs up. Looked it up in White Pages, first number rang over 20 times, no answer. Called the second number, rang once and hung up. Seems quite sketchy! Based on this, I'd give it a -0 star rating.
They took care of me they help me a lot
