In 1997, Ms. Georgia Frabotta, founder of the Villa Treatment Center opened the first Angel House Sober Living home in North Hollywood, California and since then has established a network of Angel House Sober Living homes. From the start, Georgia was determined to help as many recovering addicts and alcoholics as possible.
