The Virginian Lodge

Super clean and very comfy rooms. Not a fancy place, just a great base to go out from and explore. Loved that out back through the camping area you have access to a trail head a half block away.

It was actually a pretty decent night there. Loses score in that it seems anything within 100 miles of Yellowstone doesn't have to give you much. And they don't. The staff were all very nice, and one ol boy behind the counter told me that our timing was good; one week later and the price would have been double. Eesh

The restaurant is everything you want from a wild west breakfast. No where in Jackson can compare. Chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, flap jacks, and hash browns. All of which are awesome choices. The staff is friendly and your coffee cup overfloweth. It is a morning bliss just not having to cook but here you achieve comfort food flavor to the max. Enjoy 😀

Had breakfast at the restaurant, it was great. Highly recommend it. It is not a "hover over you" kind of place; it is a "take your order, bring your food, fill your coffee and water without a lot of chit-chat" place. Great food, great prices, often crowded, but usually not a long wait.

Everything was nice but the wifi never worked I believe I have the world record for most times having to resign into wifi.
