The Vitamin Shoppe

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Vitamin Shoppe. I stopped in on Sat., 10/22. The male sales associate working was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I went to check out, I gave him my phone no. I mentioned that I had cash rewards to use. He kept saying, "I don't see it". He never looked. I'm not even sure that entered my phone no. I told him that I was going to visit another Vitamin Shoppe to purchase my items and wished him a good day. His response was "I wish I could say the same to you" and made some other comment as I was leaving that I just ignored. I will never shop at this location nor do I recommend that anyone shop here.

Would never come here again! Sales rep Aaron was rude and abusive. Instead of helping to find best price for some supplements, he used store price data base - instead of finding me the best price for my online order, he tricked me by showing me the price from the database for the store. I have been going to this store for 25 years. Sellers like these need to be kicked out. He's new there, but before there were very nice guys.

I visited the Vitamin Shoppe on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd in February. I was immediately greeted by Emily who was eager to help me. I needed to purchase Tart Cherry juice extract and an organic multiple vitamin. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and it’s intuitive layout. The reason that I chose this store was the excellent telephone service provided to me. Also, after speaking to Danielle, the manager for Arizona and New Mexico, I decided to write this review. Finally, Danielle stated if I didn’t want to go into the store,I could place my order over the phone and pick it up outside the store. I visited the Vitamin Shoppe on September 13, 2022 to purchase probiotics. I was greeted by Aaron the store manager. He thoroughly explained the different types of probiotics. As a result I was able to purchase a probiotic that met my needs. I first shopped at this store 2.5 years ago, and have always experienced very good service.

Great selection and probably the best pricing I have ever seen! The guys that work there now everything about all the products they sell, that is the second reason I only by from that store. Honestly everyone needs to go here to get there Vitamins or Aminos or what ever they have it all and it is honesty cheaper than On Line! Love this place so much!

Drove from Arrowhead area to this location to pick up proteins since selected options were not available nearby. Upon arriving, there is a printed sign on the door stating they open 10am and close at 6pm and they are closed Sundays. However, the pick up email states different hours. This is extremely upsetting as I was inconvenienced and could’ve saved myself a trip had they updated their hours.

Just wanted to share that Trenton was a huge help this morning helping me and guiding me to supplements and giving additional information that I needed.Very knowledgeable, very supportive and very professional!

Great customer service, informed me of the benefits to various magnesiums! Purchased 3 different types, now back for superfoods!

Dont believe everything they say about the stores inventory online 3 items were online only when I went after seeing that they were in stock at this location

They have very good homeopathic medicine stock, covering almost all of the mostly needed ones.

This place is closed. But it says it's open.
