The Vitamin Shoppe

I've been using this app over the past 2 years. I order online. All my vitamins/supplements are ready the next morning. I'm notified with an email. Love the service. People at the wauwatosa store are very nice too!!

I was normally going to GNC, yet no more. This place is awesome especially for a plant based diet. So many options. It killed GNC. My new favorite place. Collin was awesome. So knowledgeable and great customer service. I picked out my supplements ans he said no you need another product that doesn't contain gelatin. I would much rather support a local business than order online. Thank you Collin I will be referring other plant based friends.

The guy working at this location was horrible at treating me like a customer.He was very pushy and rude and he seemed as if he wonted me out the store and made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable.The website said the store closed on Saturday at 7pm and at 6 pm the guy working there was pushing me to leave the store. I waited outside just to see if they closed at 6 because I told the employee that the website said they closed at 7 and he said no it’s 6pm and again seemed pushy for me to leave.The store stayed open past 6 pm and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.Also as I typed this review up in the parking lot the employee walked up to the large glass window with a tablet in his hand and took a picture of me in my car.I didn’t won’t to mention the fact that I am African American, and this may be the reason he was treating me like this,but it seems like my suspicion is true after he let a white customer in the store that so called closes at 6 pm.

The older gentleman working in the store in 12/28 was a complete jerk to me. Not helpful at all. I asked him if they still price matched and got a complete attitude. Wasn’t knowledgeable of products. Just walked away before I was done asking him questions. Used to be a much better store in the past. Will not be going back.

Kind of iffy about this location. I liked coming here before the pandemic and I could find anything that I needed but the recent visit I had the person came off as very sarcastic and spoke to me as if I didn't know how to spell my own name. Although I found the product I was looking for despite it being the wrong size, when I left, I felt disrespected. I was rubbed the wrong way so bad that I forgot an item that I needed along with the other items and had to go to Whole Foods right after I left.

I got to this store at 9:30am this morning thinking they open at 10am. How ever they open at 11am. So I decided to take a cat nap in my car.... A old man came out knocking at my car so rudely, yelling at me to leave bc he was calling the cops. The police came very quickly too. And he lied and said I slept here all night and I was rude to him after he came to check on me to see if I was alright. I feel racially profiled.

David the Store Manager verbally harassed me on December 31,2021. I have been a regular customer of this company and establishment for years... A call & message has been placed to the District Manager Nicole.

Staff are nice but your gonna get robbed go to health hut and support local or Amazon. This shoppe charges 20$ more for the exact same items I can get else where!
