Cashier was nice, store manager at that time seems to either be in not good mood or just doesn't like his job!

What I appreciated most was the TIME this worker took in explaining a SHARING her own experience with a few of the many things I had been researching. People are in some jobs simply to make their necessary and then there are some who have the Genuine passion, therefore; they will usually SACRIFICE some of their precious time to teach and share if possible .

Alejandra was awesome! That is the only reason why I am giving this rating but the store manager was not. I didn't know the correct name for a supplement and she made sure that I knew that I mispronounced the supplement repeatedly. I have worked in customer services and being RUDE in this manner is not what you do to a customer. Also someone by the name of Charles has called regarding his application and she responded that she was so busy that she couldn’t talk to him about his application but my son and I were the only two people in the store. This woman’s lack of professionalism should be attended to. So, about two days later I returned to purchase something to flush my system as well as grab somethings for my daughter. Well I didn’t get the store managers name but this time she was super helpful and the customer service was on point. I appreciated the knowledge and returned to being a happy customer. Our dollars are important to keep.

The employees are very helpful. If you enroll in their automatic renewal program, you get a discount. This is where they deliver it to you when you’re close to running out. This is ideal for most people, but thing is I don’t like having anything delivered to my home, so the employee told me it would give me the option to pick it up at the store. However it did not give me that option, so I opted out of that program.

On the East side of Vegas, this is my go to for supplements. I wish that had a broader selection of brands and products. They usually have most of the products I use - you can do reorders for a slight discount. I do like the buy one get one offers they have on their own products. If they don’t have it, I just go to Amazon. I come here for same day service on select supplements.

The Vitamin Shoppe on Nellis near Stewart is one of our major places to get our smoothie boosters, tumeric, Hemp Oil, Goalies and other health products! Love this store. Staff very helpful and Customer Friendly.

They don't always have products in stock, and they have a female manager that is beyond rude. The rest of the staff is awesome. I walked in today to see manager training a new girl, I promptly left, I hope the new girl gets training from her co - workers.
